Try feralab Rom he has a patch for boosting fps of the Rom it enhances te gameplay a lot better I use it to play high end games...

Right a Difference between Emulators:
FPSE:
Always 55-60 FPS
Smooth Emulator that is One of the Best applications out there for Old school Players Such as myself . It provides Now a Optional feature to enable Touch pad support for games.
Now has a Optional Graphics Change & Has All Round fast Emulation.
The UI is not very Attractive.
PSXperia:
Always 40-55 FPS
Emualtes well Options are Hard to Configure and UI is More User Friendly.
Smoothness Of gameplay is depending on many Things Software render or Hardware. Very Confusing for New people. But Is just a Tap to play.
Touchpad Support for 4.x.x
Tiger PS
Bog Standard Not Advanced Basic Emulation
Other Emulators are:
Fakes,Copy's, or Just stolen from Sources that are/aren't open Source.

Maybe put Software Render Might Fix It My Own Legal copy of Rayman Ran at 30 FPS with hardware render with Software It runs about 60FPS
Chrono Cross runs ok on FPSE (menus are under 40fps) but cant start at all on PSXperia...
I use both world...
FPSE could do with a Play skin with on screen L2 & R2 only possibly L3 & R3 once ICS is rolled out and its easier to make use of the touch pad

Chrono Cross or Chrono Trigger?
I gotta say i prefer FPSE over PSXPERIA, since its easier and faster to get the games running. Had a lot of trouble with PSXPERIA. And since FPSE supports Touchpads... a charm! <3
guys i want to know some good games which work on xt720...i am using cm6(mz)...let me know if i have to use ram manager to play some games too..help appreciated!!

Temple run definitely worked on CM 6 . Install chainfire3d , then reduce texture quality and texture size .

Many of us having problem with gameloft games and some other games to play on funbook.
but with the AWmod you can play all these games.
Download the app ,change build type to Motorola xoom then reboot your device.
now you can play all gameloft games meant for xoom tablet.
If you have problems in playing games, try chainfire 3d from market.it lets you play games which cant be played due to gpu incompatibility.
EDIT:i tested some of games, for gameloft games better changing build type to galaxy s2 and lcd density 120.

(all games are working fine with out chainfire 3D, with chainfire 3D graphic glitches are there like white textures)
Best app on the playstore to move gameloft game data to external sd is Gl to SD.

If you have problems in playing games, try chainfire 3d from market.it lets you play games which cant be play due to gpu incompatibility.

PS:your device must be rooted.(funbook is pre rooted.in case you lost root,you can root it again using super one click)

Download no frills cpu from playstore https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.sineo.android.noFrillsCPU&hl=en give root rights and then set lulzactive as cpu governor and vr as i/o scheduler ( presuming you are on andiroxu's kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2443987 ) check if games are still lagging
if yes then download swapper https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.azasoft.free.swapper&hl=en and save 300mb as swap file size. Hope it will help you
