I have a Nexus S and was wondering if the GPS receiver in this device can be tethered to Ubuntu so that I can do some live GPS tracking?
I kinda gave it a preliminary try but Bluetooth was giving me problems connecting with NEXUS S. I only kept getting "paired but not connected."
Anyway, what would help me is that if this is possible to do someone walk me through the process step by step....

I have a problem with my Galaxy S with Darky's rom 9.2. My car Renault Scenic Xmod with Parrot bluetooth Car Kit don't work fine with my phone. The other roms (not only original) are perfect. I can't accept that a phone with symbian on board doesn't have problem with my bluetooth car kit and my GS not work .
Anyone can help me???
I have exactly the same problem, with both 9.2 and 9.3 beta
I also have problems with my parrot carkit and my Galaxy S. It looses connection after a minute. I have this problem with multiple custom firmwares. If you find solution I really like to hear it.

Thanks for yours replies. I've not find any solution, i've changed the custom rom and passed from Darky's to MIUI. Fantastic rom but the same problem
Every update and every firmware on board have the same issue, the phone connect to the Parrot bluetooth but the sincronization of the contacts not go fine, and I can't do any phone calls with my car kit. I think that the only solution at this time is to update our phone to the official Gingerbread firmware the next June
I've update bluetooth driver of my car, but the result is the same.... Anyone with the same issue help me please!!! I risk my driving license points

I'm sure that is a rom issue. I can't post in Galaxy S Dev, anyone could post for me before I reach the 10 mess I don't want to leave this ROM for other
Hello guys
I don't know if it's the right forum however i've posted the same question on the Parrot forum.
So here's the deal.
I have a Parrot mki9000 v2.20 and Nexus 5.
I'm unable to pair the phone with the mki9000.
The phone finds the parrot, i enter the passkey and the parrot says that it's connected however it doesn't.
The bluetooth icon lids for a moment and then dims out.
I could really appreciate your help.

I worked it out. I had to reset the memory of the parrot and then I was able to pair the phone.

Once again I find myself asking the geniuses of xda for help! xD
I've got a weird bug with my HTC Sensation XE, when I run wired tether it works great for so long (usually 15 mins or so) then becomes really slow then the network adapter itself in windows disables itself! Its the weirdest thing I've seen to do with my phone for ages! ~
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
I even bought pdanet+ to try and solve it and although that works great on my laptop, that doesn't work on my pc either. It connects to the phone but no internet at all!
I would be very appreciative is anyone has any thoughts on this that they could share?

Not that I am going to be able to help anyway but "I cant" doesn't really give anyone a lot to go on if you're expecting help with this "issue"
I cant connect my slimport either but thats because I have no hands. If your issue is the same as me, I can only suggest you either:
1) get some hands
2) get someone else to connect it for you.
If you have got hands, please describe in more detail what your issue is.
Hello, on katkiss 6.01, I did a forget on a Bluetooth device on my tf300t to try to resolve a problem. Now, I cannot get Bluetooth to discover my lg-hsb 700 headphones! It sees my other devices and my other devices recognize the LG headphones, so something with the forget command seems to be REALLY making it permanently forget it? Any and all suggestions please!
