[noob] I am now able to update to Sense 4.0 from 3.0 with my rooted Sensation XE still using stock ROM. Can I safely update to 4.0 or will that break or mess anything up?

Hello guys, I am currently running the New Sense ROM RC3 in my HTC Legend but I want to switch back to CyanogenMod 7.1 Pre and will I be able to install the deodexed APKs from New Sense ROM in to CyanogenMod? If not, how can I keep the HTC Sense(not the look but the actual one) using the CyanogenMod?

Hello, I have a htc one X which I rooted in the oast. It has a hboot v1.72 and its s-off. I am using a custom 4.2.2 rom. But now I want to downgrade my phone to earlier JB rom or stock rom. How do I do it?
