I extracted the stock rom from my MTK 6575 HD 7 Android 4.0.3 version phone used by Firmware Dump 2. Any body can cook a Jelly Bean rom for my phone with my stock rom if it is possible?

Hello, I have a htc one X which I rooted in the oast. It has a hboot v1.72 and its s-off. I am using a custom 4.2.2 rom. But now I want to downgrade my phone to earlier JB rom or stock rom. How do I do it?
