Instead of JP2 flash some custom Kernel like Kyrillos v 9.5 or Kyorarom. Very stable and good. Use a non oc kernel(or if u want and OC kernel) and things should be fine.
Else just try flashing a custom kernel. Maybe it would solve your issue.

for the moment there are so many roms for our phone
If you liked indroid than I suggest the previous version (5.2) its extremely fast and with the ota app you can download and customize your phone like version 6
If you really want another rom I suggest Dutchmod or Kyrillos two verry nice roms that you certainly will like

You probably installed a rom that is not compatible with your baseband. Which rom did you install?

CyanogenMod 7.2+ v0.2 beta full :/
That is a GB rom. What baseband is on your phone? Go in to settings > about phone and check software version.

Yup, v10k is the baseband. v10k is a froyo baseband. That is why you have no signal. You need to flash a gingerbread baseband if you want Cyanogenmod to work. You can search around the forums for that. Otherwise, you need to flash back to any froyo rom to get your signal back.
Hi same thing happened me install the O3D ThiaiZ ThiaiZ GB v2.7.1 and does not give me no signal and can install the default passes brings froyo, someone who knows how to change the baseband can help me?
you can fix this by flashlight the GB baseband. do a simple reach here, you wont miss it.

Download the preparation kit from the rom. It has all the instructions to flash just the baseband and leave the rom intact.
When i got my gt700 I rooted it and installed the abyss note kernel. My question is if that kernel is going to interfere with the ics update. Can I still update to ics via my phone?
You can update via pc odin (or kies maybe.I never used kies). You can also use mobile odin, but pc odin recommended .No matter what kernel are you using now cause it will change to ics stock kernel.
After that you can root again.

Install Bam kernel 14fix, it looks like you rooted from a valuepack and that's why wifi broke.
And no, all ICS roms currently used are for developers and are in no way fit as a daily driver, all of them still contain video recording issue and lag issues.
Just use custom gb roms for the time being if you want a completely stable rom.

cheers,
Hi, I flashed my galaxy i9003 to official ROM 2.3.6 Gingerbread.
It worked for a few weeks and then suddenly when I use the internet (using data nerwork not wifi) for like 2 minutes the reception gives me no signal!
If I connect my phone to my PC using tethering or even just charging it on the PC it works fine and doesnt give me no signal
Why is that? I don't think the problem is with my SIM because I tried it on a different device and it works fine
Is it because something went wrong after flashing?
Any help please?
Thanks
try to flash first stock 2.3.4 then 2.3.6, try DDLF2 for 2.3.6 its the best stock rom I used any time.

No you can flash any stock you want, 2.2 or 2.3.4 or 2.3.5. But I recomend to flash 2.3.4. About arabic keyboard, it should support. The diference in DDLF and XXLE4 for example I didnt saw in language, just performance
