I got mine the same day that the article in the XDA Portal was posted.
Edit: I forgot to mention I got mine via a OTA update.
Search for google play store in the themes and apps section I downloaded it from there!
most everone got theres the only thing stoping a few is there rom if you dont have ask the maker of your rom your using
It happened when I was sleeping I had tune in radio playing when I woke up Google Play moved up on the download tab, that's how I saw its updated
What did the update do?

Yeah I know it! I miss it too. I was running gingerbread and flashed backto froyo cause of the battery issue. I went to the market to get it back and it wasn't there.
I liked it too and when i got my new phone it was gone. I found mp3 downloader Pro v1.3. it has lyrics, album search, more mp3s, and all that kind of stuff. Its the one with a blue icon and a smiley with headphones.

Here's a definition of warez.
Go to the market and download gtunes music lite. I did that the other day and after it installed it asked if I wanted to download the non market version so I could download music. I said ok and installed it. It works great!

I havent seen anything pirated... so no, i dont think so...
I checked yesterday it was there, but it said its not compatible with any of your devices..
My devices are inspire, aria, g tablet running vegan rom...

help please.i bought my sensation couple of days ago and still cannot update android market to newer version . still run on old green version,i tried hard reset,switch on off but w/o success

I have a MIUI rom and i must say wow its way better than sense, just having problems with google play as they have now updated it and i cannot use the older android market, so now i need to figure out how to push google market.

Yes its been reported by others on the forum, its the trip rom. The gingerbread miui doesn't quite compare to ICS one.
Its a problem with trips rom others hafe pushed the old market and it still won't work I'm sure trip will figure it out soon enough

Ok first off let me say that this is not mine ...i was just exploring the web and ran across this last night ...i tried it and it works pretty damn good and i was impressed ...this mod or app did come from the android hack section of xda but i don't think the majority of sensation users venture far from this section .( i don't usually ) the great thing about this is.... It so damn simple to install... That's what really got my interest . ...what to do ..first flash the file attached below in recovery ....then reboot and go to the play store and install voice search for Google now ( yea that's really an app ) after that i would suggest rebooting one last time and that's it . You will get and icon for the Google voice that opens the Google now voice command ,then a second later it opens the ics mic , this runs off the ics voice engine and not the jelly bean at the moment so its not perfect ok ,.... Then there is a regular Google icon you can press and it opens google now ..... Type in what you want because the mic icon on the search bar does not work, but anyways it still pretty cool ..... I am excited about when it is at 100% just so you understand ...i cant answer your questions because i don't know **** ...so don't ask ...try it you want to, it worked for me running inferno 4.0.4 version 1.1 ....i just wanted to help someone with limited knowledge (like me ) to be able to install Google now on their phone with out a bunch of steps ....simple stupid is what works for me ....if you do have questions start looking is the android hacking section on this site and i am sure you will fine what your looking for .....requirements are a rooted device running ICS AOSP Rom

the voice will work ...when you touch the Google now voice icon the white screen with black button comes up ...touch it , then wait a second and the ics voice will appear ...then speak what your looking for and it will post results in the drop down menu ....then choose the result you want ...now what i was reading was that it takes time to learn your habits and build a profile on you so it said don't expect it to be on point right away it said to give it time to learn you... and it would get better ...i am sure it wont be long and a better release will appear but for now its all we have ....the more you play with it the more you'll understand ....over all its pretty cool .

yes it is still a work in progress for sure , but i wanted to share the easiest way to install what they do have ported for now ...the other way just seemed too damn complicated but it is the same exact Google now ...i like to keep things simple
So I tried a sound mod that I use on my SGS2, on my Sensation and it sounds as good as it does on the SGS2. Here is the link

I'm using first on my sensation, but they both work on my SGS2. I'm pretty sure they will both work but my personal preference is the first one.

My fault fellas, I should have mentioned what Rom I'm on. I have been using this mod on JB Roms. I'm currently on Linaro 4.1.2 JB v.17. The first version is what I'm using no need to deal with changing build prop. Just how I like it nice and simple, Flash Awesome beats than install Noozxiode from the market, I also control sound with noozxiode. Flashing the awesome beats gives better sound then just noozxoide alone, but I don't do anything with the awesome beats. Control the effects with noozxoide. Here's some ss

Does anyone else's right ear phone has no sound. After I did everything and plugged in my ear phone to test it out, all I could hear is from my left ear phone. There is no sound in the right...How do I solve this problem?

Anyone know why mods like this don't work with Poweramp? The only reason I'm still using Sense-based ROM's is because nothing works with Poweramp. I really want to make the final move over to Jelly Bean but I like the SRS, Dolby and Beats enhancements you can get for Sense ROMs.

Something to do with the way in which poweramp handles audio threads, idk much about it tbh, it never bugged me enough to investigate...
Maybe it might be worth you doing a few google searches and see if it comes up with anything

Haha I have done in the past and it mostly throws up people replying to audio mods for various devices claiming they do and do not work with Poweramp. I have found that Dolby Mobile should work on newer JB ROMs, now I just need SRS and Beats too I wouldn't mind if they worked with another player that wasnt Poweramp, but sometimes its hard to tell if you can't turn them on/off on the fly like you can with Poweramp.
