[Q] SystemUI - Motorola Atrix 2

I'm using a non SC rom, my question is how can I get the SystemUI/Framework on a stock looking rom? Can I just pull it from SC and apply it to mine? I'm mainly referring to the status bar being black.

[Q] Transparent Notification

Hey guys,
Just installed Serendipity 5.10 with some add-ons (great ROM btw ) on my Captivate. Not a big fan of the Transparent Notification add-on though. How do I get back to its original "solid" look?
Thanks!
Chance has provided a flashable zip.

get on board with serendipity. I dont believe you can do this with stock rom, and if you want a functional phone, you should have a custom rom anyone.
also, the transparent notification bar is a tad bit laggier than the regular one in serendipity, but if youre stock now anyway, its still lightening fast

[Request]1% Battery Status Notification Bar

I need a Original Battery Status on the Notification bar, Exactly Similar or just the same as Smooth Icons But for Gingerbread.
Because Everytime i flash it onto my MikG Rom.
i Just go into a Bootloop.
Can anyone help me?
i would try the one they pulled from the Sprint Lovers Rom.
But its only for Deodexed roms.
and MikG is a Odex Rom =/
This sucks.
can someone pull this up for me please?
That's the downside to odex'd ROMs. Several more steps involved to theme them, thus you see much less mods for odex'd roms.

Steels right. What you should do is get a deodexed version. Because of theming purposes. And if you need a stock battery set up , just pm me with what Rom your running . Or you can use one of my battery mods.

[REQ] Blue honeycomb battery meter

I've been trying to get the blue honeycomb style battery meter on the status bar to replace the stock one.
I rooted using unrevoked and have not flashed any custom ROMs.
Is there a way to do this without flashing a different rom?
I tried using the kitchen site, but couldn't get it to work out. TIA
You need 7zip on your computer and you need to know how to swap images and create a flashable zip. The battery images are found in system/framework/framework-res/drawable-hdpi. The battery is stat-sys-battery0-100, you will also want to swap stat-sys-batt-animation0-

Anyone know of an ics status bar??

Hi. i was wondering if there is such an app that gives you a working ice cream sandwich status bar? ive tried super status bar but it still has alot of bugs. i owuld love to have just the status bar without rooting
I am sorry to say but the only way to change your status bar would ne to root your device, or find an alternative status bar which I have never found.

And for rooted users? How can one get the ics status bar on his phone?

Check out the themes and apps section and download an ICS theme, if you want the whole thing, just flash the zip, note: for stock based roms ONLY. There is also a manual way but that might not work sometimes and may result in a bootloop, it is too risky so I ain't gonna post it.
To save all that hassle, might as well download DonutHD and flash DONUTICS, I really like the theming and it works wonders.

Hah thanks but i ended up just rooting and flashing the ics theme then wolfs rom

Status bar

Hello,
i am using 4.0.4 stock rom and was wondering if it is possible to change status bar layout to one like in cm10 (top bar + bottom nav bar). I would use cm10, but find it a little buggy.
(I am almost sure it is not possible, but just want to be sure)

Well, in theory it could be possible if ICS has the frameworks for that mode and if Samsung haven't changed the stock Android too much. But I'm kind of sure that the Samsung TouchWiz modifications will make it not easy to get, and I think that in ICS the "Nexus 7"-mode isn't yet implemented so the easy way to change the mode on CM10 won't probably work with the stock ICS.
But of cource you could upload your /system/framework folder (zipped), so I -or someone else- could check couple of the jar files to see if there are the same lines as in CM10 to edit the UI mode...
