I would like to ask if there is a way to enable the html option on hotmail (m.hotmail.com) on the htc mail client.
It has the option but it's disabled.
Any suggestion.?

as far as I can tell, the email client on my Desire supports folders but will only check a folder when you select it. I want a way of knowing which folders have unread mail without going into each one.
Is there a setting somewhere, or a different app?

Anyone? I should have mentioned I am using IMAP.
K-9 I've heard is a good alternative.
Anyone know of a hack so I can have exchange mail without the password lock screen?
Thanks

Is there no app for Android which supports 2 or more exchange accounts (mail, calendar, contacts, tasks, notes) and has a nice looking UI?

Anyone else gave problems sending mail using the htc mail app?

It doesn't work for me at all. I have to use k9 to access my company mail..
No problems at all, I'm connected to an exchange 2003 server and an exchange 2010 server (home and work accounts).
Are you able to receive emails?

What mail account type is it? Hotmail, exchange, etc...
Do you enter it manually?
Probably the port is wrong. Or your provider doesn`t support imap without a premium account.
Does anyone know if you can get outlook web app to sync to your phone via HTC email app. I tried using the exchange active sync but keep getting errors. ? Would like to get emails and not have to log in through the internet each time. Supposedly blackberry users can sync.. but I can't get the HTC one x to. ? Any ideas.

I know in my case it depended on hte server. I sync my work email (which is exchange) on my phone, but only after they "enabled" it on their server (before that I couldn't).
Hmm. That may be why.

Agreed, check with your Exchange admin. There are a lot of security settings on ActiveSync and it could be that they've blocked syncing except on approved accounts.
Try setting up your gmail as an Exchange account. You just need to input the server as m.google.com. If that syncs, the problem is your work server settings.
I've never had any issues getting my Exchange email, though I use the stock ICS apps rather than the Sense mail app (which I detest).
