Adobe Flash Player 11.1 for lg optimus net p698f / *TESTED AND WORKING*
some small steps to "avoid this problem" and make it work..
I Used these STEPS to make it WORKS on my LG P698f (LG Optimus Net Dual) wow my phone rocks as hell...
1) you need to be ROOT
2) - install flash player and don't run it;
(attention) DON'T MOVE Flash Player to "SD CARD" (very important)
3) - use ES File Manager (is one of the best..)
(and in settings enable "root mode" and "mount system as ROOT")
and you can copy "lib folder" (unpack the files first , ok?)
to /data/data/com_adobe_flashplayer/lib/
4) on each file (in lib folder) set permission correctly as described in the picture (on the main topic)
5) and bingo, IT's working... for me... and maybe to you too...

It's work but I can't watch any video because it's laggy

Please discover why the files inside lib will lost when cold reboot ? I have to copy files for each reboot.

These permissions are not working.
We need only libflashplayer.so. Other so files are useless

Oh... great..... many many thanks...
Working perfectly.... now watching cricket live ..... thanks again....

Awesome! Works on my LG P690.
Thanks op.
Just a quick note. You must install the app to its default location (internal memory). If you have an override settings to install to sd card, it will not work properly - lib folder permissions incorrect and could not be changed on mine.

U need 3g or wifi to watch online videos stuff.....
Press thanks if I helped you

I didn't get u. For d flash player to work, i hav to copy the 4 extracted files to /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib which is on the phone itself!! Wat is it that u mean by not moving it to phone?

copy failed
Hello. This is my first post here.
So, I have a big problem: I cannot copy /lib folder in /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer. I see the folder, but I cannot copy... This folder has 555 permissions (r-x r-x r-x). I tried to change with ES File Explorer in 777 but the operation failed; I tried to change permissions in 777 in Terminal Emulator (su chmod 777 /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib) - operation failed.
I tried in Terminal emulator too: mv /sdcard/Download/lib /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer - operation failed.
I need your advice to run Adobe Flash Player on my LG Optimus Net P690.
Thank you.
Edit: I don't know why or how, but problem is solved after uninstall and reinstall flash player for a few times.

try and flash the .zip file. that might work
Should i flash it with the Flashtool in which folder should i copy the Zip file?
Any Screenshots from the Black Market???
if you have xrecovery you can flash from there also.. place the .zip file on the root of your sdcard .. before you do that.. did u change the name of the .apk file to Vending.apk instead of Vending_2_2_11.apk
no should i?
thats what i did before placing it in the system/apps folder
try this
1. The first step is to download Market Version 2.2.11 from here, unzip and save it on your desktop.
2. Once done, connect your phone to PC and mount SD card as flash drive.
3. Now copy the downloaded APK file to SD Card root.
4. Launch Market and download Astro File Manager.
5. Once the download is complete, launch Astro File Manager, tap on SD card and scroll down to Vending_2_2_11.apk.
6. Now tap on this apk file and press Open App Manager.
7. In this menu, tap on Upgrade and wait for the installation process to complete.
8. Once done, exit the file manage and open Market on your phone. If it opens and you can see the usual apps, then enjoy as it is success.
i have placed it in on the SD Card not in the System/app folder! But i have tried to place it in the system folder but its not possible! Cant copy?
Doesnt work with the Astro File Manager!
astro is only to upgrade. u need root explorer to make changes
No Problem i will take the old Market maybe they put the Blackmarket in one of the next Hotfixes for Free X10!
THANX Hihat!
Love the message as you flash it through xrecovery
Just installed it..but now i get a forced close message all the time.. what should i do?

*edit2* cleared dalvik & cache and flashed all the stuff again and it works now..

You cant flash this through recovery because its not a zip file. Best thing to do is get a program like androidcommander and copy the file over manually. (the program does the adb commands for you)
the file needs to go in system/app and cant be installed like a regular apk.
and you don't need an unlocked bootloader, just full root access

Sorry, but could you explain further? I have root, and copy file to system/app wit root explorer, and cant install it...And I lost system bar now...Any help?
I can't get this to work either.
Androidcommander says I don't have root access even though I'm rooted, and the FAQ infers that I'll have to wipe my phone completely with a new flash and a modified boot.img to get Root Access (which would also require me to learn about editing ROM images).
I did get Busybox though, and I backed up my SystemUI.apk from before... after killing it off from the system/app folder I noticed I can at least restore the old one by installing it as a normal application... but getting this new one simply hasn't been working for me.
Ugh... patience is wearing thin.

Boom, sweet victory! I got it working... just had to drive myself near insanity with Android Terminal Emulator.
Added BusyBox to the list of SuperUser Access apps, got Terminal Emulator from the Android Market, moved the SystemUI.apk to the root of my SDCARD and entered the following commands:
su
cd /sdcard/
mount -o remount rw /system/ (somehow [mount -o remount,rw /system/] didn't work because of the comma)
cp -f SystemUI.apk /system/app
...and now I can do something I've been wanting to do for ages... NotificationToggle... get the **** off my system
Got it to work through insecure adb...What i did was install insecure adb via the apk (this cuases your phone to reboot after installing) , typed in "adb remount" in cmd and the simply used this command: adb push SystemUI.apk /system/app/SystemUI.apk.
NOTE - You will have to put the system ui.apk into the same folder as adb and browse to that folder using command prompt.
I'm fairly new to this stuff so no idea if what I did is correct...BUT it is working for me now

NO Root Acces
Does anyone can help me, I have no root access over my phone?
When I run Android Commander, the bottom status bar says "Root Access : NO"
I don't understand what went wrong.
I tried to click the status bar, it just keep on loading.
Doesn't even find my HTC Sensation (adb drivers installed+rooted), while both QTADB and Droid Manager are able to access the phone.
So it's a no go for me, too bad, looks promising.

Maybe because you are runing jb mr1 4.2.2
For all those that get "Root Access : NO" on rooted phone, it's because adbd is running in "secure" mode.
Try adbd Insecure v1.30. It worked for me:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1687590
It won't show my device
it says my Galaxy nexus(4.3 +rooted) is offline and that I should reboot it.
done the reboot, nothing changed, tried insecure adb, the same message.
can someone help me.

How to install custom recovery on Spice MI 270 MT6516

Updated: 09/07/2012
Important: I am not responsible if your device becomes unusable.
Download the ROM instead from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1738571
Steps to improve Spice MI 270's performance and battery life:
Before installing the apps, make the following changes in settings:
Go to settings>Applications and tick Unknown sources
Step 1: Apply root
Go to z4root and select "permanent root". Restart phone after the root is applied.
Next replace your old recovery mode
First download and install this flash file in to your phone:
http://cyanogen-files.carneeki.net/flash_image.zip
Steps to install:
1. Unzip the file_image file
2. Copy it in the sd card
3. Open root explorer
4. Copy flash_image from sd card
5. Go to /system/bin folder and change the r/w to r/o and Paste it in that folder.
Done!
Download the modded recovery image from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1620585
And save it in sdcard
Now, go to terminal and type:
$ su
# flash_image recovery /sdcard/
For example:
$ su
# flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img
Lastly update Google Market:
Go to the new custom recovery mode and clear cache
Now your Spice MI 270 is SAFE!

Why not just use an app called Root Uninstaller.
With that you won't need to do commands in the terminal.
Just open it up and select the apps you want to uninstall.

Yes, one can also use root explorer to directly delete apps from system.

Google Maps
Youtube
Gmail - it failed to update first. So, i downloaded the apk then updated it on my phone (it "force closed" each time i opened it). Then again i went to Google Play and updated it. Works like a charm now.
Does spice mi270 have wifi hotspot... Or any third party app to activate this...
As of now, the hotspot feature is not available in the default ROM. However, balamu96m is building a custom ROM that will have the feature. So, subscribe to him to be updated of the development.

Root explorer is a paid app, providing an illegal apk justifies a ban. Unless you have permissions from the author to post on here (doubtful).
There are many other apps that can perform the tasks you want root explorer to do.

if it don`t install by flashing then all you have to do is extract it and then copy the file from the extracted system\etc\init.d which is called Swap SD Ace Plus initd and paste it into your phone system\etc\init.d and reboot your phone
already do that and not work

Is it required to fix permissions doing it this way? I'm not trying this as I moved away from swapping, it's dirty and sloppy I just couldn't get used to it.

HEY ..I got error while flashing so tried moving the files to respected folder ..while extracting saw the swap ace plus initd file was inside system folder...i guess as u said i should be inside system /et/initd right???? may be this is the reason for error??
also am confused..the main file should replace some files already present hence naming of the files should be exactly same i guess????
make it flashable
it should be inside init.d folder

not working..
How to make this tweaks works.
Finally, I manage to make it working. Follow this simple step, and you will get this scripts working in no time
[All of this step was done by Mi File Explorer, the one that comes with SpeedMode ROM]
1) Extract sd_card_swap_ace_plus_cm11.zip
2) Navigate into the sd_card_swap_ace_plus_cm11\system and you will see one file " Swap SD Ace Plus Initd [i rename it to
SwapSDAcePlus, don't think it will give any effect though]
3) Copy that file into root\system\etc\init.d folder
4) Set permission as following
- Owner : root
- Group : shell
- and make sure this file permission is -rwxr-xr-x (755) by ticking all of it except write rows for Group and Others
5) Save all changes that you made.
6) reboot
7) DONE!
Attachment below is the proof i manage to get it worked.
Enjoy !
[Thanks @omarilzz and @mon_iker for the scripts ]
