Hello. I have my Htc Incredible S. I have android 2.3.3 but phone don't upgrade to 2.3.5. I try check update but it won't help. I don't have phone from operator.
I read forum and i can flash SHIPPED rom to my phone? My CID is HTC_622. But i don't know which of rom i can use from that therad . And if i load one of this rom. Will i have 2.3.5?
Sorry for my english and noob post. But on my brother's HTC update normally work but on my don't work.

Today is my Birthday and my bro gave me a HTC Aria to Replace the old iphone 2G.
So my Friends told me that I Should root my Phone to use Custom Rom. They Said that It will be Faster ?
But Before I told them about my Phone, I Have alrealy Update my Phone to Android Froyo 2.2 Over the Air ( Am I Right ? I just use the Update Software from the Phone ).
I have check Unrevoked3 and download the 3.32 version and try to root my phone => No luck...
So Did i ****ed up bad ?
What should I do ? Did Unrevoked 3.32 couldn't Root the 2.2 OTA Aria ? Or maybe I just did something wrong ?

Oh I think i have a Liberty Aria ( I'm in Vietnam ) and It could use any Sim Card

If I'm not wrong, with the latest update of HTC phones can't be rooted. Must wait until Unrevoked gets it.

I'm new, so I dont know if I'm doing this correct with opening a new thread!
If so, please tell, and tell me how to do it correctly!
My question is, How the hell do you downgrade the htc desire with 2.3.3 android on it (dev update) to 2.2 standard? It is already S-Off and I dont have any clue what to do now, been working whole evening on it, can't get it right.

I guess the easiest way is to run RUU. It will completely reflash the device to the version you want.
Not sure if it will keep the S-OFF though...
I know that everyone that bought their phone from tmobile can just update it by going through their settings and doing it but mine can't. I currently have a unlocked tmobile sensation and I have at&t on it and the phone is rooted with a custom rom called Android Revolution HD 3.5.2 by mike1986 and it says my android version is 2.3.4. I have no idea what all of this is but a couple of months ago my cousin did this for me on my phone and now I'm trying to get ICS on this. Is there anyway I can do it? Is there a guide or anything?

yep there is a perfect guide for you
as you are already having custom rom ..probably you are SOFF ..so
just flash 3.33 firmware and then the rom
here is the perfect guide ..read that to the letter (post #1 and post #2 ..skip the soff parts )

Hey guys..i just made it and finally downgraded my DS from ICS to gingerbread!I am really happy about it although i made a mistake..i read a sticky that has all the stock ds roms and i accidentaly downloaded a 2.3.3 version..I wanted a eu 2.3.5 version but cant really find it because of that strange codes..If someone had a link with the official 2.3.5 eu rom i would appreciate it..I am downloading one right now but still i have no idea if its the correct one..
