No, the SGSII is. Minus the LTE of course.

I was told by at&t that the difference between the two are the skyrocket is 4G and the plain gs2 isn't.

AT&T has two Galaxy S II phones, Galaxy S II and Galaxy S II Skyrocket. Both are considered 4G phones, but Skyrocket is 4G LTE capable.

Exactly, sgs2 is hspa+ 4g, and skyrocket is lte 4g. But, no sense in getting an lte ATT phone since its only supported in like 10 cities lol unless you're lucky enough to live in one

This may be a noob question, but I couldn't find it anywhere... is there a way to flash the bands of tmobile on the infuse so I can have 4G capability while it's unlocked? I will be getting one in a few days. Just curious.

My understanding is that the hardware for the infuse only allows for Edge speeds on T-mobile's network. No amount of flashing can fix that.

I bought a Unlocked TMobile i9020T for my girlfriend who uses AT&T. It works great on their Edge2 signal. Is there anything I can do to it so that it can pick up a 4G signal?

Not possible. ATT uses GSM, while Verizon uses CDMA.
