i am new to this xda forum.so I am sorry if I am posting my problem in the wrong section. coming to the problem I am having a xperia x10 mini 1.5 years old.the battery got worn out so changed it with a bst-38 as shown in the xda developers forum.but the problem is that it is not getting switched on.only the red light comes on when I put it on charge.i have tried the same with ep-500 battery results are as it is.and I tried to charge it with the usb charger that came with phone.plz suggest because I really love this phone and I don't want to lose it.and the phone is having the original kernel and software that came with the phone.i haven't flashed it once.never ever touched the bootloader.

i havent a xperi so i am not know but i heard task29 for bricked xperia to unbrick. search google tas29 xperia. i hope you can save.
Try restore thru Seus. i have had that once on my mini and that fixed it.

My phone is LG P500 v2.2.1, I have rooted my phone, no problem.
But, i used FontInstaller and rebooted the phone..
Since then, the phone is on and only showing LG logo then nothing happening and continously d screen is active until battery doesnt drains down.
I havent yet installed custom rom or backed up my phone after rooting.
I bought this just only 2 months back, I broke warranty, as I rooted the phone, so I cannot ask company for this problem..
So, plz XDA member & administrators plz suggest me to make my phone working normally..

Okay so i finally got my US Cellular Samsung Galaxy S Mesmerise GB:2.3.6 and i want to downgrade to froyo 2.2.2 but i can't!!! I tried flashing back via odin to EE19:2.2.2 but it just bricks(soft) the phone Then i tried EC10 and it worked flawlessly BUT ONE MAJOR PROBLEM. It has no signal! I tried the *228 phone call to activate it but it says to turn off airplane mode and its not even on!!! I tried factory resetting it/took out the batter for half hour and still nothing!! I just don't get what I'm doing wrong guys However i did manage to flash back to 2.3.5 and rooted it. But i want to go to froyo so badly but it has no radio/signal?!?! If anyone can help me get back to froyo it would be most helpful and I'm most grateful for any help at all SOMEONE JUST PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK TO A WORKING FROYO PPPPLLLLLLZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!! :crying:
You've already posted this question in the Samsung Galaxy S Mesmerize forum so you're not allowed to post exactly the same thing here. You'd get less help from here anyway because most people will have different phones whereas people in your own forum will have exactly the same phone meaning they can help you better.

Hello sir i am from india i got a xperia zl which is a year and a half old . While back i tried flashing a rom which resulted in bricking the device. When i press the power button i only see a red notification light coming and nothing else is seen on the screen.. how do i unbrick my phone, or whom should i give my phone to repair. Please help sir .

So, hello everyone. Long time lurker here, only signed up today. Shame on me.
Anyway... my good friend tried flashing a ROM on his device ( HTC one V) and everything went terribly wrong. I do not know what he did or what the name of the ROM is, and I have no way to find out.
If I try to turn it on it does absolutely nothing but the battery's fully charged (Battery led works). Even though it doesn't do anything, it is recognized as an external hard drive (two, actually) on my pc and the device manager actually sees the device as " HTC phone". Other than that, I couldn't do anything else.
I'm very new to this, so if anybody could lend me a hand I'd be happy. Thank you in advance.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. It sounds like your friend had hard bricked his device. I'd see if it can be JTAG'd. You could also try asking your question here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-v/help

Hi guys i have this phone its nothing has ever been changed in it. however it suddenly stopped
booting up 2 days back and its stuck on colorfull wave screen . I have no clue how to come out of it ive tried pc companion thats not helping either .
Can any one please suggest me steps what i can follow to repair it step wise i am totally confused ive never done anything like this before .
