Hi there
I see in the development section that there is ICBINB 2.3.7 ROM.
I see no other 2.3.7 ROM there for SGS 4G.
Looking in Wikipedia I saw that Google Wallet feature was added in version 2.3.7.
I don't know if there were any other updates or bug fixes in 2.3.7.
Is there a stock 2.3.7 ROM for SGS 4G ?
where can I find such ?
What has changed there ?
Thanks.

No stock 2.3.7. Our last stock update was 2.3.6.
I think our 2.3.7 is just a de-samsungized 2.3.6
What do you mean by de-samsungized?
Sent from me
I don't think that was an accurate statement. It is just the number given to Raver's and DSexton's ROMs. icbinb 2.3.7_v2 is still very samsung. He was more so referring to Raver's ROMs.

Has CM7 had 2.3.5 merged into it?
Yes, #63 and so forth should already have 2.3.5 in it. Hopefully this is the answer your looking for.
build #147 also.. not always about the NS4G here
Haha. Well he wasn't specific on which phone he is running, so I just give him info about the ns4g . Its cool though. No problem here
I'm on the NS4G, but it wouldn't matter which phone since CM incorporates changes across the board Btw, do I have to wipe to flash CM7 2.3.5 over AOSP 2.3.5?

So I have been really wanting to get MIUI on my device, however I noticed the latest version was for 2.3.5. I'm still using froyo because AT&T doesn't allow firmware updates via Kies. Is there a way I can get my hands on 2.3.5 and still get MIUI, or will the latest MIUI rom work with 2.2.1?

Hi... I don't think that MIUI is FOR 2.3.5... I am pretty sure that the MIUI rom IS 2.3.5
You should be able to flash it as long as you follow all proper instructions...

Can anyon make a Custom Rom based on 2.3.6 !!
till now i am using 1.5 Rom n m very satisfied but still i wanted to upgrade to newer version ...
and does anyone hyas idea when the 2.3.6 for indian version come up ??
as far as i can see there are no 2.3.6 custom ROMs available... only the stock.. 2.3.7 if you want CM 7.1.0
but CM 7.1.0 had a little bug and not yet stable
Would be nice if someone made a custom 2.3.6 rom as it does contain bug fixes.

icssgs aosp rom is just like original ics roms
Stock AOSP ICS
ICSSGS.
Or Teamhacksung ICS.
But then again - why would you need stock? Check out GolfSlicer icon mods - they are very nice.

HellFire 2.4
Hey ALL! I signed up just to say this. I have been rooting and flashing custom roms for a while now. I can't give ALL devs enough credit for all there great work. I my self have the T-Mobile G2x. Stock was great but when i started flashing it opened up a whole new world for me. Now for the important part. Two days ago i flashed the new HellFire 2.4 rom, and its FANTASTIC!! It is by far the BEST rom for the G2x in my opinion. Especially since its using Faux's newest kernel. HellFire 2.3 had some issues with the battery overheating so i switched to a tweaked CM7 rom and flashed Faux's kernel to it. But it seams that the great guys in Hell have fixed the problem in v2.4 and the rom SCREAMS! IF YOU HAVE A G2X AND YOU DONT WANNA SETTLE FOR THE STOCK 2.0 ROM ANY LONGER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HELLFIRE 2.4!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! SEE YOU ALL IN HELL!!!!

ok guys so been checking out some of the roms and they are great as usual but has anyone tested any on net10 that have been fully functional or is anyone up for assembling one?! i will save you some time.. we need to remove tmobile apn and assign net 10 as the default which settings can be found on their website or i can give them and we need to work 3g capability in somehow lg said they run on different frequencies and thats why i cannot get 3g even on stock.. i like this phone and think it has real potential as a net10 so if anyone is upto the task ill gladly donate for it and you can say youve done something to this phn i havent seen any evidence of being done yet hope someone is up to the task as im not that far into this yet to do it myself. any feedback is appreciated as well thanks

Why is there no links to the latest CyanogenMod CM7 Roms in the current Rom list.
Contrary to most of the other listed Roms these are still updated (monthly) and seem to work quite well..

I didn't include it because most people like to have threads to go by with their ROMs they use. I guess I could add it.

Thanks, I have experienced as a newcomer that threads like yours with the various ROMs, kernels etc. listed are very helpfull.
I just thought it odd that one of the basic ROMs and one that still gets updates is not mentioned much in the G2x threads.
