Hello,
I flashed the original 2.3.6 (XWJW1) on my Samsung Galaxy S and now want to know which Semaphore kernel I need to flash; 2.4.0 or 2.5.0? (Some said that 2.5.0 is for JVU?)
Cheers,

Hi Everyone,
I like to do my first kernel flash using Gingerbread 2.3.4 Kernel v1.1-XXJVQ. Is it applicable to my phone?
If so, instead of using Odin to flash can I also use the DarkyRom tool wich is already on my phone?
Thanks!
Hi,
I had installed all the updates from the 4.0 version and i'm currently on :
Kyorarom Ascendency (v0.5.0a7 - JPU Based)
Now yesterday there was this update and the version is: Kyorarom Ascendency (v0.5.0 - JPU Based)... do i need to update to the later or i already have the latest version...
Please help....
You need to update. The final version is released in tar so it will be a clean state when you flash thru odin
Sent from my i9003 powered by Poseidon's Rom + UC kernel
Title says it all.
I'm currently running MIUIus 2.1.20-EN-Pyramid
Kernel 2.6.35.13 Trinity
Firmware 1.45.401.2
Recovery v2.2.7 RC3
Looking to flash the newer 2.2.3 MIUI ROM. Folks are saying the trinity kernel runs best on it...
Dont know where to find it.
@ Alberto96:
i'm using the galxysmtd flashed w/ the [ROM][IMM76I] ICS F4k MOD v4.0.4 r4 + your Kernel for that ROM; i wonder if flashing the newest Gear Kernel 1.1.0 for ICS on top of that ROM will bring any upgrade / improvement or the current pkg on my phone is already the max i can have w/ it.
Thanks
