I've purchased the app on February 24.
It's been working just fine until today. Now, every time I try to open the app I get this message (see attached picture) on my ASUS Transformer TF101.
I have proof of purchase in my Google account transactions!!
I've already tried clearing cache and data from the app, but I still get the same message...
Has anyone had the same problem?
Same thing is happening with the Tapatalk app. People think it is just the leap day that is throwing the apps off. Tapping anywhere but the okay button let me navigate in Tapatalk. You might try that.

Yeah! I did that, and it seems to be working. Nevertheless, it's a bit annoying to get that message every time I open the app! Thanks anyway

I was having the same problem, but the update they released this morning fixed it for me.
Give it a try

Nice! Updated and now I don't get that annoying message anymore!
silentheero was right though, it was the leap day causing the message to appear. I changed the date to february 28 and the message didn't appear anymore, changed it back, and there it was again. Either way, the new version fixed it

Looks amazing and plays really well on the transformer. Grab it free on amazon for today
I tried it and it worked fine until the battle actually started and it was just a black screen with the HUD.
On the android market it says its not compatible with the transformer, I'm also getting crashes
To fix the black screen issue, just pinch to zoom in then out. I had the same problem initially. After that, the game works fine (and is crazy addictive).

Works like a champ! The devs really do need to fix this and the text issues to make it tablet compatible - playing on a phone is just... meh...

What issues? The update fixed the black screen and text problem - were there other things that didn't work?

Is this normal? I get a small black box after I unlock after bootup, that says English.
Can I turn this off?
I got that too right after I updated to. 26 . I changed a root setting, got that, then had a bootloop. At first it restarted 30s after boot then just bootlooped as soon as it started up.
I hope you don't get that but if you go just do a factory reset and you should be fine.

Hey lardo. Mine does this as well, but so did my TF300. And a friend of mines TF300 does as well. Seems to be normal. But also a little annoying

Ok cool, I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks for letting me know.
I think this black box is from the keyboard layout being initialized. It doesn't happen every time but I've seen it quite a few times on mine.

Happens on my prime with the stock keyboard being the default one set when it turns. I use SwiftKey x tablet and the box doesn't come up anymore.

Right, could anyone tell me the problem here? My touchscreen has become crap recently. It's really frustrating now, so much so that i find myself punching the screen! (not too hard though, lol).Usually i'm docked, but even then i use the touchscreen and sometimes it doesn't respond to any input. At other times, it recognises some random input not by me. Like whilst i'm in the browser, i can scroll down properly at times because it starts zooming in or something. It didn't happen a lot initially. but i'm noticing it a lot recently. I asked ASUS and they just told me to factory reset but backup my data. When i asked how, they sent me the entire manual. Could it be a hardware problem? If so, would it be better to get it replaced from where it was bought or to just send it to ASUS?
THANKS for any responses.

I have the same problem. I haven't found any fix yet, the only work around I've found is to turn off the screen. After I turn it on again the problem is gone. I'll try and use a touchscreen tester app when the screen goes crazy again. The random touches seems to be concentrated on the upper right corner of the screen. I doubt that it's hardware problem though.
Yeah, that worked for me sometimes but other times it didn't. Trying a factory reset now.

A factory reset seems to have fixed it for me. Tablet also seems smoother. Chrome is still a bit crap though. I backed up my apps using ASUS app backup.
EDIT: rebooted my tablet afterwards whilst docked and somehow my old wallpaper came back. However, the tablets gone back to performing wose now...

Off topic, but does anyone know how to get my email to check it's inbox automatically without me having to open the app each time? I mean the Asus stock email app. Last I checked, i always have to start the app after which it checks the inbox. I'd rather it be done in the background so i get live updates. Thanks for any help

I has similar issues with my first TF300. I exchanged it for a new one and had no problems. I would probably just exchange the one you've got. My second TF300 had sound issues, and I held on to it past the exchange period and had to send it in to ASUS for repair. They had it for over a month. Should have just exchanged that one also.

Above question and it seems that the touchscreen problem is back. Really don't understand. It can't be a hardware issue if it goes after a factory reset surely?

Hello everyone, I have tf300 with 4.2.1 rooted and busybox installed
It had been amazing but just today, I got a random reboot when I was watching videos with YouTube app.
This isn't a thread where someone goes "baaaaaaaaaaaa somethings wrong!!! Someone help" but I just want to know whether or not it's a problem with my tablet (maybe a bad flash or something) or it is an actual firmware problem.
Thanks!

Yours seems to be worse than mine. I've been running my tablet on 4.2.1 for quite a time now but this is the first time... Maybe it is the bad flash. Used to happen on ICS on my first TF300 (Exchanged it). I guess I'll wait another day or so and see if the problem persists or it's one time thing.

Yea seems to be get it quite often not sure why. Was on all stock when updated got it ota then unlocked the bootloader so not sure why was thinking of sending it back to newegg for and exchange but they're slow as all hell put in for an rma earlier this week like monday they're supposed to send me the shipping label haven't gotten it yet. Was printed already its only good for 7 days by the time it gets here will be no good. Figures. Would rather find a way to fix it maybe ill try a reflash like you mentioned.
Also didn't mention bought it as refurb which may have been the original issue prior to them reselling it. Who knows.

Your not the only one gonna try to reinstall the update when its a good time to go through the whole process of setting it back up. Was gonna root it any way so no point to get an exchange if can be fixed. If send it to asus theres a chance they can repair it and lose unlock bootloader and not be able to regain it happened to a couple people on here. When i try it will repost if anything changes.

You to thanks wouldn't have thought of trying until talked to you. Pretty sure fixed it usually rebooted at least once if not twice a day. None yet today. Can actually enjoy using it now. Ota really screwed it up glad don't have to send it back to newegg. Although didn't sound like yours had as bad of issue should probably fix it. Good luck.

Thanks
I got a random reboot today whilst going through the painful experience of browsing with this tablet. It took about 5 minutes or more to start up again and when it did, the system UI kept crashing which made the tablet hard to use as the message kept popping up. Thereafter, when i tried to reboot using the power settings, it froze. Very frustrating. I was able to sort it by holding the power button to turn it off and then turning it back on. It seems to work fine for now but it's something that shouldn't be happening. I'm stock and unrooted

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
Hm... seems like many people are experiencing this? Maybe it is a problem with the firmware itself?

Mine keeps rebooting everyday now and I can't unlock the bootloader because of some "Unknown Error", I'm seriously considering giving RMA a shot then try to sell it if it doesn'tfix the issue...

This was driving me crazy until i realized that every time it rebooted automatic updates were running. Not sure how this happened, maybe corruption caused by play updates running when android updated. Uninstalling the 4 perpetually updating apps and reinstalling seems to have corrected the problem (or it's a lucky coincidence).
I was also having wireless dropouts, not sure how that would be related to updates but seems to have stopped now, possibly the updating process was spinning or using some other resource. I definitely recommend disabling auto updates and seeing if that helps.

Merely uninstalling the updates fixes it, and re-updating it causes it to crash again. So obviously it's not the tab itself...
Strangely, my Gmail problems just kinda went away... I still have the update installed and it's been running just fine. Not sure what changed.
