Does anyone have the original Tweakstock battery zip with the numbers inside? I tried some other battery indicators but want to go back to the original one that came with TweakStock.

Here it is. Look for "Originial battery mod"

Thank you, worked like a charm. I thought that mod returned it to the original gingerbread battery indicator withoit the numbers inside.

Hi,
I purchased HTC original extended battery 1340mAh.
When I charge it, it shows 91% charge, nomatter how long you charge it!
Soft reset fixes it, shows up normal after that all the time. Never had this on original 900 mAh battery.
ROM & Radio in my signature, also I use FInixNOverBatteryIcon to show % near battery! But that didn't had any inpact on original battery?!!?!?
Anyone knows what might be a problem?
Bro even i have HTC original extended battery 1340mAh but never got this issue.
I think that some thing is wrong with your battery pls give it back to your dealer so he will replace it for free.
Flashed Shack v4.0 ROM, before was using A.Z.T.O.R. x2.
Problem went away it's all good now!
For any Dodger fan's out there this is a Morph that will put a LA Dodger logo in place of your battery. Blue background will disappear as battery discharges. When charging LA will change colors. Download zip file and use Metamorph to replace battery icon.
No credit for myself, borrowed from another morph and only changed png files. Credit for png files goes to my buddy Robert.
Yea baby!!!! Dodger blue. Thx Rob!
Thx diogenezl, I hope you like it, and go Dodger's!!
Love it, man! Just wanted to say thanks....
Cool, I'm glad you like it.
yo! thanks, but my new morph shoes the battery percentage sign so it blocks the LA sign.....how can i fix this.....the previous battery morph i had was the android one.....thanks in advance
Hope about some purple and gold for some Lakers love
Not sure but I fixed it on my by going into spare parts and found the option to not have percentage show.
New Morph.
I have another thread started with a UCLA battery I will link here. I am working on a Laker battery for jlevy!
Anyone that has battery percentage over the icon may need to go into spare parts and turn off this option.

Cool Dodgers batt., but how bout the Angels?
I am from Belarus and write through google translator)
The battery is charged only up to 70-74% and 60% slow.
Calibration, the new battery, firmware did not help. What is it?

Have you tried simply emptying it, then deleting battery stats in CWM?

yes. Does not help
Hmmm. No idea then :\
How you doin'? Greetings from my GT-I9000!
there was always this problem?
try with root explorer:data/system and delete batterystats.bin
if it does not work well even so it means that you have a not original battery
Same thing happened to me. They told me that the battery charging circuit was damaged. Send it to service and replaced it. I dont think this is a software related problem.
A friend had this problem too. Samsung service in Germany fixed it for free.

If you have any gingerbread rom running there, you may be suffering from a known bug (i did). Phone draws power from battery instead of charger after reaching 100%. If that's the case, either go back to a froyo rom or use one that's not Samsung based, like cyanogen. I'd take cyanogenmod 7 stable, if that's the case.
Hi every one,
I was wondering if there is need to recalibrate the battery on each rom update, custom and lg official releases?
Also i bought a 1900mAh battery so I think it need to calibrated for better performance?
Any advice will be great

no.
Battery calibration does not affect battery performance, it just changes the accuracy of the battery %age display. There is also no way of calibrating the battery, as it is directly read from the li-ion battery itself. Deleting the batterystats.bin Does nothing besides resetting androids About Phone>Battery Use data - which already resets itself on a full charge (And also broken on O3D GB Roms)
Its actually likely that calibrating the continually will eventually result in considerably worse battery life, as li-ion batteries are best operated between 20-80% charge.

I saw on the battery calibration app, that it must be recalibrated, since each rom has diferent files to manage power, and it will actually help the battery managment.
Thats what i know, im not an Expert.

I saw that too, on battery Calibration by NEMA it says:
calibration needs to be done after flashing a new ROM. but you calibrate.. etc. the whole message that why my initial post was about, I saw other posts saynig that it must so ill do it just in case I dont think that will do anyharm at all.
wasn´t calibration just a matter of charging till 100% when off, then remove battery, insert battery and then start phone and plug again??
i do this and my battery it's all good, although i cna't watch a video for more than 3 hrs hahahaha
It actually worked on my ZTE Blade. I believe it's called overcharging.
hi
i dont think so need callibration after each new rom!
it might harmful for battery!
Hi everyone. I'm a bit of a noob but anyway I wanted to buy the following battery from eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230803704348?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
I was wondering if anyone has a similar battery and if they noticed any improvements over the stock 1450mAh battery
Thanks
To be honest they could write 2500mAh and atill it can be worse than the stock one. For me it looks like a risky business.

Hmmm...
I think you could be right but I've ordered it now. £5 isn't a lot of money but the seller accepts returns luckily.

Right. I've got a problem. The extended battery won't charge and I get a warning message saying the battery is using more power than the charger can provide, I've tried with 4 different chargers and it won't charge but the stock battery is fine. If it's on it just stops charging and when it's off, I just get an orange flashing light. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi, I found your post simply because I ran across the exact same battery and just as you was thinking of buying it.
I was wondering if you had any luck resolving your issues with charging the battery? And if not, did you also remove the yellow tape near the electrode, as they write in the ebay add? Because to me that sounds like the kind of thing that might screw up the charging otherwise...
Cheers.

I returned the battery to the seller who was happy to refund me and then he told me the battery was faulty. I tried all of the techniques you all suggested. I am now using an Anker 1600mAh battery which works well

I can't remember how much I paid but it's excellent. Check the Accessories section, I made a thread there
I bought a "Polarcell" battery on ebay and have a real good experience with it. It says 1600mAh. With Jelly Bean (MIUIzero) and the new battery my phone now always runs for a whole day sometimes 1.5 days. This really surprised me because on some early JB roms and with the old battery the phone was always dead in the evening.
