I flashed this with the stock 2.3.6 ucla rom and it worked fine also

Gonna try flashing it now. Thanks!
Worked great! Wish all my icons/clock, etc were this blue color.

I am going to combine these with a theme i am in process of synthesizing... It is going to be for my personal use and never to be released in any way.. Might need some help from people here if i am unable to get it working....

[Hack] [EH17] [DEODEX]AIO MOD Updated 9-19-11

This is an update of the one I did for EH06. This includes a framework.jar, services.jar and settings.apk. The features included are 8 locks, wifi tether, sound, overscroll, reboot, boot to recovery (requires compatible kernel) and rotation lag fix mods.
Thanks to Maddoggin for the 8 locks Mod which includes reboot, boot to recovery and overscroll. Thanks to mkasick and randomking for the volume Mod. Thanks to Chris41G for the rotation lag fix Mod. And last but certainly not least, Thanks to Necrosan for the wifi tether Mod.
YOU MUST HAVE MADDOGGINS MOD INSTALLED BEFORE USING THIS!
Get Moddoggins Mod here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1089073
Flash this zip with clockwork. Make sure you have maddoggins mod installed first.
Don't forget that if your battery is missing after flashing to go to Settings|Lockscreen Settings|Statusbar Settings and check Hide Battery Icon then uncheck it.
I have created a stock version of the Lock Mod, except battery icons which I did the best I could in short time. I have tested it with Deca's zip and the AIO. Haven't found any issues yet. This is the process I used, thanks to ficjay, to get rid of any force closes. All I can say is that it worked for me. Wipe everything 3x as normal and then install Deca's Zip twice in a row without rebooting. Boot it up all the way and go back to CWM. Flash the Lock Mod and boot it all the way up again. Go back to CWM and flash AIO if you desire. I have uploaded a new AIO with the stock icons so download the new one if you want that.
This is only working on Deca's version. If you want the lock mod than use his zip. If you want to use the Odin version you have to flash the AIO without the lock mod until I figure it out.
Stock Lock Mod: This only works with Deca's version unless someone can say they have it working on my Odin version. I could not get it working.

Crt is a small apk change. Overscroll is a huge change. There are something like 449 files and over 4000 lines of code changes alone. Hopefully maddoggin will release his mod soon because he usually includes crt and overscroll.

yes, I have heat, but not that really hot, just a little warm when work with it more than 10 mins continuously like gaming, facebook or sth...so, it's not a big deal but battery I think I can deal with things in 24+ hours so, it's great ^^ (stock 1650 mAh fyi)...anw, has someone tried tweaks like A.S 15 beta or Supercharge or Lagfree 2.1 on CM7 yet? I applied those but don't know if they're working or not since there's nothing remarkable

I seem to be getting inferior battery life on CM7 compared to VB w/ AntonX's kernel, with about the same amount of usage. Anyone else notice this? I'm guessing this is mainly down to the reversion to a stock kernel. Are there any tips for battery life specific to CM7 and besides the usual ones (e.g., battery apps, screen brightness, turning off mobile networks)?

CM7 will be worse on battery until they get all the kinks worked out. You might still see less battery over a custom modified stock rom.

[Theme CLEAN ROM ICS] Real Icon Theme by JBEITEL INFO

Hey guys. For those that dont know, my Real Icon theme has been found to be compatible with all ICS Touch Wiz roms so far since it uses the villian themer as opposed to full apks. I have confirmed it works well on Scott's clean rom. I havent made a separate folder yet on my ftp site but the one for synergy rom and beans rom are identical, just grab one and install it. Here is a basic link into my site...

I thought about it but past experience has shown me that I get a lot less traffic on generic posts rather than ones that say specifically for a rom they are running. Not sure if people just think "hey, probably doesnt apply here" or what but when they see "this is for clean rom" etc they tend to download it more. I also struggle with putting the date on the post. I like to do it so people know there is a new release but as the thread ages, i get much less traffic because people just think it isnt applicable any more. Am I babbling?
This does not work well on CleanROM if you have installed Kinda Crap mods or other mods that affect the icons in the notification bar.

Most modders will tell you dont mix and match. With that said you could equally say the mods dont work well with my theme. As long as you dont suggest i am breaking stuff then we are good.
Sent from my SGH-I535 using xda premium
No, I'm not saying that. What I meant (and meant to say) was that this doesn't work if you've flashed other mods before it. Speaking of which, if I wanted to run this mod but had already flashed another one, how do I get rid of the other one?
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda premium

Guys, it looks like the battery isnt a 100 image battery so the animation will be off until i fix it
Sent from my SGH-I535 using xda premium
Ok so I found that as long as I flash this mod first, I can flash Kinda Crap mods over it and I can keep the Real Icons icons for Messaging and Calendar and all the in-app icons as well, only the Notification Bar icons are replaced by Kinda Crap, which is fine with me. However, I lose call recording that's enabled by Dirty Tweaks. If I try to flash Dirty Tweaks over top of Real Icons like I did with Kinda Crap, the phone won't boot and I have to restore from backup or re-flash the ROM which wipes out all the mods anyway. Is there any build of Real Icons that won't affect the phone app so that I can keep call recording? Thanks!

[Q] 1% Battery Icon Help

I'm on stock 4.0.4, rooted... UOT Kitchen isn't working for me, as my phone uses SystemUI.apk instead of the framework for my statusbar icons. So what I did was I went through the steps at the Kitchen to get my UOT zip, unzipped and pulled the images and xml files. I then added the 200+ battery icons to my drawable-hdpi folder from systemui (using 7zip), and then added the xml files to the drawable folder.
I did this once before, and after clearing the dalvik, battery stats and cache, it worked...but this time my battery icon has disappeared altogether.
I put the images and xml files in the framework as well just to be sure...but no go. I've tried a couple different attempts from UOT but nothing. I even tried rom toolbox, but apparently it doesn't replace the xml files.
I read something about the kernel maybe affecting this...Is that true?
Is there a Kernel that is stable that I can use on stock ICS?
I have searched and searched, but cannot find a good answer to this, so please don't go off about the search button. The kernels all seem to be older, and the last one I tried to flash that was supposed to work left me with a reflash.
Oh, and the stock rom I'm on has been deodexed and zip aligned..
Thanks in advance!
PS.. I have been researching kernels, but they list things that I am unfamiliar with, or don't know if I want...etc...but I want this to work, and I would love for custom boot animations to work through rom toolbox and such. Also I know I could decompile the xml's to fix the battery, but I'm having trouble with Java on my laptop at the moment. If anyone is on stock with 1% battery icons, if you could extract and post the xml's that would be great...!
UOT kitchen supports GB/ICS ROMs, including TouchWiz ones. You just need to upload SystemUI.apk, framework.res and twframework.res - and you'll get a flashable ZIP.
I was under impression it's very clearly stated there.
It is, but I always get the stf....something..error when I include my systemui.APK...
In any case the xml files the kitchen gives me should still work..because the folder hierarchy is the same as the framework-res.APK...
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
Every APK has the same folder structure. It doesn't mean that the files from one will work on another.
You might have taken one XML too many. Battery icons don't hurt anything, wrong XMLs can.
Also you need to be deodexed for it to have any effect, so I'm assuming you're running deodexed stock root?
Battery icons, I think, are in the twframework_res.apk, not in Systemui.apk
Also, on a tw rom a lot of the default images have a tw_ prefix.

Because it didn't show the 1% increments...only the several that are default.

I have searched and searched for hours and cannot find a legitimate 1% battery mod that works for Skyrocket and this Rom...Yet there does seem to be a plethora out there for other phones..
Does anyone have a clear-cut solution for this, aside from manually compiling/decompiling? Anyone? Is there a mod that would work for this phone?

What's wrong with just the percentage battery? Are you strictly looking for a circle? He probably just hasn't updated his base build since the circle mod was a fairly recent addition to CM10. You could always just flash CM10. But in all reality there are a ton of battery mods out there, all of which are 1%. I duno why you can't find any.

It's not really about which icons.. it's about the capability to have them..
The are a ton of mods, that's for sure... but none for this phone that still work.. because the ics folders apparently changed..
Not to say they would not work with jb, but I can't find a clear answer to that..
I think I'm going to try using the same xml files and cross my fingers.

CM10 (any recently nightly/stable)
AOKP
LiquidSmooth
Any PA/PAC variant
Slim Bean
Orthus
All of those have the circle mod. Probably a lot more that I don't know about do too.
