Maybe try to reformat micro sd then put your zip files back on it and try again, or try another card... just a thought

Have any of you other B90 owners had problems turning on your transformers after shutting them down. I just bought two B90s on black friday and they are both having the same issue: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1367058
I'm not 100% sure if rooting and flashing caused it so I'm trying to figure out if this is a problem in general with the new tf101s.

I have a B90 as well, but, when I tried Razorclaw, it said "this device lacks the needed file", how did you work it out with Razorclaw?
I have a tf101-x1 (bestbuy blackfriday version) with build numer US_epad-8.6.5.9-20110816

Hi all,
Same Problems with 8.6.5.21-20111216

ASUS Transformer TF101 (8.6.5.19)
ASUS Transformer 3G TF101G (8.6.6.19)

Thanks for All

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, this upgrade automatically when i've connect the pad in wifi...
I've another question, is it possible to downgrade the firmware? Because it's impossible for new user to use Rom or to be superuser...

I honestly have no idea, but I think there should be some way using APX mode.. I've only had my Transformer for a day now..

I flashed 8.6.5.21 in APX mode today first time - Brk's rootkit is no good, it fails 99% of the time to see the TF in APX Mode
Just grab a NVFlashable ROM like Prime, move the 3 images into the folder of the tabletroms unbricking tools replacing the 3 stock img's with custom rom, then run download.bat

why are you trying to enter apx mode if you have B80 ? you need to wait for razorclaw to be updated you can not use apx mode to flash on B70 + models

You have zero options for root. Stop trying and wait for a possible exploit to be found.

So i rooted my B50 .21 using Root ToolKit. APK mode does not make a noise on .21 open your device and printers and look out for it. simple as that then run the tool. it worked for me. HAPPY ROOTING
Sorry for the question but, where you see the B50 or B70 numbers??
Thanks

It is a part of the serialnumber from your tablet.
It is on a sticker at the bottom (where the 40pins connector is located) of your tablet.

yes, it is incremental, it was about time BB started showing up on shelves, in about 2 or 3 weeks we will probably see C1

I tried to install the rom [ROM] ASUS-ICS- 2.0 however I am stuck in a bootloop and when the rom is starting up It freezes at starting apps. The same is happening with the nandroid backup i have. Is there any way to fix this? I have an unlocked bootloader and cwm installed.
EDIT: I saw a tutorial in the general section. Will see what I can do.
Asking the Dev (Seanz) in his thread in development couldn't hurt if you run out of options.
well i followed the tutorial at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1680570
and i got nothing.
EDIT: Actually I might be able to fix it using adb push. Will see what I can do.
EDIT2: I fixed it using adb push. Will write about my experience in the thread in the general section.
Thanks for all the help. (you guys actually helped me by not helping)
Did you have the first version of the rom flashed?

(noob muscles *flexin'*) :victory:
Flash it in recovery by downoading the zip file
Hit the thanks button if i helped
i was in the same situation mate i was using twrp to flash a rom and it gave me nothing but trouble so the way i swiched to cmw was real easy, just download the cmw rom manager and run it and click install cmw recovery job done mate
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using Tapatalk 2
No. Do not use ROM Manager to flash CWM. It will flash the recovery for the Transformer Prime. If you use it to flash anything, you could brick your tablet.
ok thanks for the warning mate ill go get it the proper way
