HTC Sync Not Finding Device - HTC Sensation

I have ARHD 6.3.0 and for some reason my HTC sync can't find my device. I installed the HTC sync program off the HTC website and I clicked HTC sync on my phone but it's stuck on the connecting screen on my phone. And on my desktop is says no device connected. USB Debugging is ticked. I uninstalled and reinstalled HTC sync and still no avail. I was wondering if anyone can help me get this working.

HTC sync not working. PC not seeing phone at all

Hello,
I am trying to root my phone so I tried to install the drivers. Currently when i plug in my phone it starts to charge but it never prompts me to enable it as a storage device. I do have that enabled in the settings. I downloaded and updated HTC sync and it wont see my phone either. I downloaded and ran the HTC driver installer provided in the one click root solution in the dev section. The phone will charge but it wont connect with the PC. Any ideas? I checked the HTC site and i dont see any drivers, just HTC sync.
try different cable and/or port
Thats my newb post of the week. Yea it was the cable.

[Q] another question

Is there a procedure to stop the pc or HTC one x from installing drivers every time its connected to the pc for HTC MTP device? They are never installed correctly and its annoying.

[Q] HTC Butterfly MTP Driver Error on Win7

Hi,
am a new HTC Butterfly user. I've installed HTC's Sync Manager on my Windows 7 (32bit) laptop. When I connect the phone via provided usb cable, I just kept getting MTP Driver error which does not allow me to link up with my laptop. Even the Sync Manager could not detect my phone. I've tried re-installing the sync mgr but failed too. Tried to update the device driver via auto windows update but nothing happened. Appreciate your kind advice and technical input on this problem.
Regards,
redwacko
With phone still connected to pc, just reboot.
If this fails, uninstall and reinstall.
