---Installing ChainFire3D Gaming MOD---
0. Before starting, you should know that I am not responsible for any damage of your phone. Before this process, take 10 minutes to backup the ROM in case the process goes wrong. This is still under testing, report any bugs, etc.
1.Download modded apk and plug-ins (mediafire) and unzip it in a folder on the root of SD-Card
2.Download Chainfire3D from PlayStore (the free version, you can support devs later)
3.Open Chainfire3D and install the driver, then reboot
4.After reboot, uninstall Chainfire3D.
5.Install modded apk provided, then open it (SU rights needed)
6.Then close Chainfire3D and open it again from PlayStore
7.Close it and quick reboot (with ROM Toolbox maybe)
8.After quick reboot you must reboot (normal)! After reboot you can't open Chainfire3D (that's normal) that's why you must reinstall Chainfire3D (modded apk)! Then you open Chainfire3D and install the plug-ins. After this you must fix the Market Settings then you must reboot
9. That’s it. You must tweak each game to work as you wish: smooth and HD.
10. Support CF3D devs!

For some reason launcher does not show...happened to me..i full wiped then reinstalled.. the launcher should work...install the latest version

Sorry but I've prove it yesterday for 10 minutes and I don't like it so much (I prove the stable version, no BraviaX) and I don't know why you put the name of Bravia, I'll think that is for you put something like SE phones, but after install it I don't see much more a different app(Music FX, or something like this) all are exactly(apparently) equal than the @subspike ROM, with the difference that he performa really god the ROM and it has more speed. So I don't use your ROM Sorry for my English :$

Yes I got my motherboard damaged by something and couldn't develop anymore. I put v1.4-BETA for now. This week will get the 1.4-FULL update. Need feedback to know how this works for you. Thanks.

Be patient!! Is better to have a well done rom later than having a lot of incomplete bugfull roms!

I tested the rom. Everything looks very good. I dont like the keyboard but i changed it. There is not any problem. Wifi bt and everything is fully working. I only see a problem: the rom is a bit laggy. It is not as smooth as others and you can find this when you change app screens or desktop screens. I had a 2700 score in antutu that is not so much but is ok. The theme is awesome. I like it too much. Hope my intervention is helpful. Congratulations chip

personally, for me, is the best, the more fluid, simple, does not crash, the battery lasts longer than any rom, its aesthetic is equal or nearly equal to that of the stock rom. 3G and WiFi works very fast. Games will work better than any rom because this rom uses only RAM.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Download RAM Manager Pro http://filerio.com/2gy1ym2wi5hr and select the option "Default (Samsung)" is for games and applications that need lots of ram work without lags

This is more noob friendly than Broodrom as its all setup and running straight from flashing, no mesing with scripts or settings

trust me a lot of people don't know what tweaks exist out there or how to apply them, and don't have time to read and get to know things, they don't want no configurator or anything to complicate it for them even more. Personally, i have no use of this rom as i know how to mod and tweak stuff, but i'm sure it will be helpful for a lot of people who want to improve stuff with only one flash.

Oh it doesn't matter don't worry lol, you are right about you don't have to setup anything mainly because there is just less to configurate, just like XXKPS Performance Edition RC1, also no configuration needed

Aurora v2 - Vanilla is released. This is the 2nd version of Sense Aurora v1 (Actually Aurora v1 - Sense). Now this version has everything as previous. But has some more things (And a lot removed to save space). Did not add boot animation to save internal memory. The ROM takes around 48mb of Internal Memory.

How to Install (For beginners) -
1) Download zip and put directly in memory card
2) Download CWM by Skin1980
3) Turn Off phone
4) Boot in Recovery (Volume Up + Home + Power)
5) Wipe Data
6) Apply Update from SDcard
7) Select CWM by skin1980 (Its name was strange)
8) You will go into CWM recovery
9) Select Install zip from SDcard
10) Then select Choose Zip from SDcard
11) Click on Aurorav2.zip
12) It will install
13) Go back using power button and click Reboot System
14) First boot will take time but wait.
15) Enjoy!

Lol. He's talking about the launcher, not the OS. Also he already said on his announcement that it isn't vanilla core, just something similar. I'm guessing it's Zeam.

Yes this is not an OS (of course then this would no longer be a rom). This is just the launcher used in eclair (pre–froyo). And about your guess, no this isn't Zeam (had tried using it for v1 but an error occurred and it is also heavy.)

what the........! i downloaded and it was somewhere around 2.1mb!
maybe becuz i downloaded from a non market source. though it ran but showed continuous errors such as process.android. acore has stopped unexpectedly.

Haha apk size from market is around 300kb and installed it's about 700kb. Not heavy at all. So yeah. Anyway, gonna check out your rom once you release.

Instructions:
1- Do all backups (contact, messages, etc..)
2- Turn off phone
3- Turn phone on by pressing the VOL+ button with the energy button at the same time.
4- Recovery Clockwork main menu and select wipe data/factory reset
5- Select Install zip from sdcard
6- Select the first choice and search for getuk 2.2.zip on your sd card
7- Reboot system

Hi great rom, all working good here except the mms...have done all the apn settings for my provider which is Optus Australia... but cant send or receive MMS messages. I have been working on a rom myself till i got sick but really like what you have done with this one and would like to try and get mms working.

Transfer apps/settings
I've been running a different version of CM7 (Kang) but want to try this one. Is there a way to backup my settings/apps so I can easily transfer them to this version or will I have to re-do everything over again?
I see the first step in your instructions say
Do all backups (contact, messages, etc..)
Maybe you can clarify that (sorry, I'm still new to this)

Just installed 2.2.3 only problem I have is cant connect to wifi or mms same as Rockdev.
I'm with O2 and apn has been checked and redone but no success.

i just installed it.
Pansi SMS is installed but it could not receive SMS because is could not work without default messaging app . please fix this problem.

Great ROM!
I've been using it for more than 8 months and I get awesome battery life - 10 days standby. The phone is only a backup while roaming, so it's mostly unused, but still impressive.
First of all sorry for the graveyard running but a friend of mine has a U8510 dinossaur and asked me if i could do anyhting with it...
Wanted to try this rom from Getuk but there's no pics nor the download link is active anymore...
Does anyone have the ROM and pics for it? :angel::angel:

Hi folks, after long time i made finally a new slim-rom bassed on v1.1 B01- Kitkat update from 25.7
I modified a custom ROM from myzte.cn
ROM is smoother than 4.3
What I did:
* Deleted some useless Chinese apps
* changed original email, calculator app with the original google ones
* changed dpi to 445 , looks better in apps and it´s stable
* default language is set to English
* added Apollo music app / original music app is deleted
* added 4.4 camera app
* deleted Chinese zte browser and replaced by default android browser
* added CM launcher
What was moded by the Chinese:
* it´s ROOTED
BUGS:
- NO ART support
- Dolby digital don´t work
- let me know
What you will need:
1. the great ZTE s291
2. Installed Recovery - tutorial here: s291 ROOT and RECOVERY
3. free space on your sd- card
Install instructions:
1. Put slim_kk_s291.zip to root of your SD-card
2. Put google apps also to the root of the card - download: http://d-h.st/AeM
3. Turn phone off and boot to recovery (hold volume up + power button until it vibrates then hold only the volume up button)
4. Wipe data /factory reset
4. Install slim_kk_s291.zip
5. Install google apps
6. Reboot phone
7. Enjoy

That´s not so easy to change the settings app. And the widget problem is still there but you have now choice to use Mifavor , Google now and CM launcher , on all the widgets work fine.
This ROM is actually pretty awesome. All the bloatware was gone and I got to root my device!!! thx so much jozco looking forward to new roms from you

Yeah it´s better than the stock , but i think that the optimalization on our device it´s not so good ... in few games i got a lot of lags , in 4.3 not , but the system seems to be more smoother , we will se on 30.7 (Wednesday) when the next update will be out... Than I try to make another slim rom , hope it will be better than this. And write me what launchers do you use , i can put them in the next update and the widgets will work.

I really like to use go launcher but I don't want to use it because it won't let me add any widgets. Now I just use the google launcher. Hopefully in your next ROM you can add go launcher.
Viper4android?
Has anybody tried out viper4android. On my 4.3 Rom (B10) it works. Only dolby low power feature somtimes disturbes.

widgets (in NovaLauncher) and GravityBox don't work on Your ROM. Do they work on Trebuchet?
I have sometimes FC on Gapps. Am I the only one? And on "Clock" and "Trebuchet".
I have the same issues. Trebuchet is very unstable. Stock launcher seems to be stable, but it is hard to personalize (icon sheme, start bar,...)

Use the google now launcher. It's pretty stable for me.
My root acces just disappear ! first time I see that !
I downgraded to the slim-Rom 08. With this one the antutu Benchmark went down from 32.000 to 27.000. And there were a lot of chinese apps still inside.
