[Q] ics rom 3.12 firmware or android version. - HTC Sensation

Hey guys. Due to me having hboot 1.23 and s-on I can't flash any new firmware files or pretty much anything. I just wanted to know if anybody has a link to an old version of any Tom running ics with either firmware 3.12 or android 4.01, it could be android 4.03 if it was based on 3.12.
Thanks.

search the firmware 3.12 and download the 2.3.4ROM...and then flash the 3.12 firmware first and then the ROM...it is risky, be careful....

How can I go back to ICS after JB OTA updates?

I' am an android newbie. My phone is HTC One S VelliC2 and received the JB OTA updates.
However, I could not get used to it. So how can I return to ICS? Can I use the HTC Android 4.03 RUU file? Now the Hboot version has updates to 3.1 and it was 2.09 before the OTA updates. Does the Hboot version matters?
Thanks in advance.

Hey,
I tried cyanogenmod a long time. Since it was officialy suported by cyanogen, there where more bugs and force closes than on the unofficial. I just tired of those bugs and want to get Sense back. What is the best method to get back to Sense, and update to kitkat and S-OFF my device.
Some info about my device:
Device : M4
Running: 11-201410504-SNAPSHOT-M6-m4
Android Version: 4.4.2
Baseband: 1.22.40e.00.07_10.z10.40.441L
Kernel version:
3.4.82-geb53446

And btw, is it possible I could install Franco's kernel somehow because I bought it but it isn't supported.
If you need more info, just ask, I will reply as fast as I can.

Ok, I installed InsertCoin 2.6 just without S-off my device . It didn't install it but it flashed stock rom. So I did S-off with the method for HBOOT 2.21. I updated my firmware using FUU. Did supercid 111111 and flashed HBOOT 2.22. Than I installed insert coin 2.6 and I like it more as stock sense.
