It is same for all.. i suppose sl users..
It's not because of custom ROMs or kernels. I've looked to the number under battery and there is the same number as after typing *#06#. Also the numbers 7 and 8 are in the separated group.
And yes I also have 04 in those numbers

Hello everyone.
21 my wife's birthday and I would like to change the phone (moto xt910).
These two phones are currently on offer.
Even considering the support and development software (both the company and that of XDA) which advise me to take?
LG G2 mini D620R € 160
Huawei Honor 3C € 140
Other phone max € 165
The presence of the second card is not necessarily required.
Thanks to anyone who responds :victory:

Their is a thread already for this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1846277) but for the record I'd go with the G2 mini as I have had a Huawei phone and was not impressed by its quality.
I HAVE A S4 GT-19500 WELL THATS WHAT THE PHONE SAYS BUT I'M NOW STARTING TO WONDER IF THIS IS REAL OR FAKE, I TIRED TO UPGRADE MY OS AND AFTER DOING THE POWER OFF AND PRESS AND HOLD THE VOL DOWN, MENU AND POWER BUTTON IT TAKES ME TO A SCREEN IN CHINESE WRITING. THIS IS THE SPECS THAT IS LISTED IN ABOUT PHONE;
Model Number :A109_base_mula
Baseband version: I9500XXUAMDK
Android Version:4.2.1
Kernel Version 3.4.5-526212 [email protected] #1 Tue Apr 23 23:00:57 KST 2013
Build number: A109_base_mula_V1.0_V01_2014-02-13_17:45:25
CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME WITH THIS PLEASE I THINK I JUST NEED SOME CLOSURE IF IT'S REAL OR FAKE SO I CAN KNOW WHAT'S MY NEXT STEP TO TAKE REGARDING THIS PHONE, I DID A IMEI CHECK AND IT SAYS ITS REAL BUT I WAS TOLD IMEI'S CAN BE STOLEN AND USED BY CHINESE MODEL PHONES. I HAVE NO CLUE TO WHAT MY NEXT STEP IS AND MY OS IS MOVING REALLY SLOW AND MY PHONE RESTARTS VERY FREQUENTLY SOME OF MY APPS RUNS VERY SLOW, IF THEIR IS ANYONE WHO CAN ASSIST ME I'D BE GRATEFUL.
Hi,
There's no S4 model called "A109_base_mula", also when doing what you did it should have shown "Download Screen". As far as it seems, it's not a i9500.
All the best,
~Lord
Hi,
Im looking to get the Z5 but is there any difference between revision 2, revison 3 and revsion 4 handsets?
Not sure what you are referring to with revisions. You referencing model numbers?

Take a look at the attached picture.
I have the version 3.
because there is also the version 4?
Think my box said 2 on it. I'll check later at home. Maybe it's just what firmware comes pre installed?

It looks like it might be a batch number for example revision 1 being the first batch of phones manufactured and so on.
Could be. I have Rev 4 and got mine 10/5.
Mine is apparently a Rev 2, manufactured in 2015 during 40 (15W40). I got my device on 19/10/15 (15W43). I'm interested to know the manufacture dates in relation to the rev number.
Rev 4 here, how do you find the manufactured date?

Open the SIM card flap, there is a tab you can pull out. It is between the SIM tray and the motherboard. It is on the side closest to the screen.
Rev 4 here.
Revision 3 here..

Does the revisions have anything to do with the camera blur?

Mine is Rev 3 and was manufactured on week 39 (end of sept), and i have the blur on both sides and messed up center (doesnt take a straight line)
Mine is Rev 4 from Taiwan
Could Rev number have to do with color maybe? Also, it's probably best to distinguish between Z5 and the compact when mentioning Rev #s.
I have Rev 2 yellow compact.
I have rev 2, Z5 black, manufactured 15W39
I think rev no has something to do with model numbers (4 models available for Z5). Mine is TW E6653 & it's rev 4 just like few others' here.
seems like all the rev 4 are from Taiwan and the 1 2 3 are from UK, and i would assume most defected phones are from UK....
My Rev 2 is from Taiwan
Found this info on a Chinese forum:
From the serial number (S/N) you will find:
Pos 6-7: Year
Pos 8: Month (Oct=A, Nov=B, Dec=C)
Pos 9-10: Date
E.g. my S/N is XXX021671400XXXX
So manufacturing date of my P9 is July 14, 2016.
Thanks! Mine is a little older, from march 2016. By the way, in case you don't know where to look for Serial Number: settings -> about phone -> status.
My year of manufacture is confusing
6th and 7th digits in my S/N is 60? What does that mean? 2006? Too old? 2060? It's just 2017 -_-

Oops, my bad. I used the IMEI as reference, when in fact, it should be the phone's serial number. Sorry

Your position 8 is digit '7' (you say July), not a letter A (Oct), B (Nov) etc?!
However, such a single digit is not enough for twelve months - how the months are really encoded?
My SN reads 16729 - 2016 (Jul ?) 29?

As the original post says, 1-9 for months 1 to 9, then A-C for months 10-12.
Mine was built in February 2017, thanks OP.
Well mine is March 21, 2016
