I had to bring this to the attention of the forum members.
I had 3 G2x's.
All 3 behaved in the same way:
Stock WiFi calling worked on 1 out of the 3.
Eaglesblood Wifi Calling worked on 3 out of the 3!!!
Can't and don't know how to explain this.
With no intent to discriminate , I will say that wifi calling did not work with other ROMs.

Ok guys. I have a HUGE mystery here. I have a Nexus S...i believe it was running 2.3.3 when I bought it from best buy 2 months ago.
I have no cell coverage at the building at work in so i connected my phone to the wifi network and configured the phone to make calls over wifi via the friendly wifi calling wizard (NOT VOIP CALLING). after this point, all calls, sms, and mms were routed over the wifi connection at my work.
2 weeks ago 2.3.4 was pushed to my phone. now there is no more wifi calling...and there is not a wifi calling app (not voip calling....i am talking about UMA calling).
i have called tmobile who knows nothing about it..i have called samsung and called google...all know nothing about it and keep mentioning voip calling..which is not what im talking about.
i have unlocked the bootloader and rooted the phone and installed android 2.3.3 but there is no wifi uma calling.
what gives? anyone else have this crazy issue?

Im curious how you got the UMA wifi calling on the nexus s in the first place. It was never a feature and through out the forum people were saying is next to impossible to get wifi calling on the nexus s because of its unique firmware of what not.
This does not come with stock 2.3.3 so I am curious wherebyou got this package to install it. Being someone who is working with it the RIL fails on the auth functions. If you actually found a working package this would be quite interesting to get a hold of.

Are there any GB ROMS with working wifi calling? I don't get reception at my house so this is a must for me. I've searched the forum and haven't turned up anything.

I've been using wifi calling with valhalla without issue. A couple of times, the other person says they hear an echo, but I don't think that has happened in a while.
Is wifi calling already in the ROM or are you installing it? I didn't see any mention of it in the OP, but I could have missed it.

I'm running Audiophile (GB 2.3.4) and I use wifi calling every day.
now... I have tried every modem (KHI even) and my signal is WORSE with GB than Froyo at my house, but Wifi Calling does work well (for me)
I use wifi calling with ICBINB without any problem. I have tried the ICBINB and the ICBINB 2.xx. I did not have any problem with either one of them with wifi calling.
I installed Valhala 1.2 and so far wifi calling is working fine. I didn't realize that it was built on the Sammy leak so it has wifi calling in the ROM. I had been looking for it listed as a feature in the OP.

I have posted to this forum information that took my a lot of googling and reading to find, regarding WiFi calling - that WiFi calling will not work on certain SIM cards, and will work on older versions.
Some did went and replaced their SIM, but not sure if they have updated their threads.
Do we now know anything new on this issue? WiFi calling is very important to me because TMobile reception in my house is week, and I loose calls a lot without it.
Currently running MIUI ROM with no WiFI calling pre-installed on this build, but used Weapon for a long time and WiFi calling did NOT work.
I will chose any ROM that has WiFi calling working.

I had a problem with wifi calling on my wifes mytouch 4g. I was running Virtuos Unity on it. I called t-mobile and they turned on a Wifi calling helper app on there end. Problem fixed. Calling T-mobile may fix the issue....let me know what happens

I'm looking for T-Mobile WiFi calling for Inspire 4G, I'm running Sabsa Prime v5.0 ROM,
I already install the file on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1669663
But, when I install it, the signal gone, I couldn't used the network at all (calls, data, SMS), then I flash the rom again to get everything back to normal.
any idea to get T-Mobile WiFi calling working ?

I subscribed just cause I'm looking for this too, I have a very poor signal at home so I need to setup wi-fi calling on my inspire 4G, I'm missing a lot of business calls cause of this issue (business phone redirected to mobile).
I'm running the latest Revolution rom (HD 7.0.4), rooted, unlocked and S-OFF and I tried the mod in this thread but like the poster mentioned I loose all my connectivity using that mod and I'm afraid to try it again (I had to do a full re-install-wipe to recover).

Well, I decided to install Sabsa Prime 6.0 and then install the wifi mod, it was 1/2 success, phone gave me all the prompts after the reboot to setup wifi calling and tired to connect to my wifi, but there was one issue, the sim card was not being recognized now so the app couldn't authenticate the system so it canceled. I had to re-flash Sabsa to get my sim card recognized again.
So at least we know it works, just 1/2 way, if someone can fix the sim card not working issue we done. :victory:

Well, after much consideration (had to think about it a lot since this is my main business phone) decided to flash a wifi mod package NOT made for this phone, lo and behold the first one that I tried worked, guess I'm lucky!!!
This is the one that worked:

Only installed the ICS_wificalling_glacier_rilfix.zip through 4ext and done, everything works (except MMS but I don't care about that) with it on and off.
Mind that I'm using Sabsa Prime 6.5 atm.

I have tried a few custom roms over the past few years and the issue i have with all of them is they never support Wifi Calling from Verizon. Either the option is missing from the rom completely or it simply doesn't work/turn on . Is the due to being based on ASOP/Lineage OS? Does anyone know and have tested a custom com on Pixel that supports Verizon Wifi calling?

I can tell you that this one does for sure, 100%. Not only does it work, but on this ROM, you can even make Wifi Preferred be the default for ALL CALLS, ALL the time! No screwing around with hacks, or buggy airplane modes or other wizardry.
