Does the s-off by xtc clip void the warranty? I want to be s-off and to unlock the phone but i don't know if it will void the warranty or not

Any modification to HBOOT voids your warranty. If you S-OFF with XTC clip or unblock your booatloader via HTC dev site voids the warranty.

Does someone know how to get into the stock recovery in Xperia Miro? Will it be the same method in all the Xperias? If so, how do you get into it?

Xperia devices don't have integrated recovery like Samsung. You've to sideload it or flash a kernel which has integrated recovery in it.
But to flash a kernel, you have to get acces to a custom recovery like CWM or not?

Nope, as clearly stated in the topics of both of those ROMs:
Unlocked bootloader is a NEED!
Note: unlocking bootloader WILL void your warranty.
Good luck!

did that still no use
What phone do you have? Search if there is a .ftf file with the version of the actualization. Then you can flash it by Flashtools

Firstly relock boitloader
After locking it, repair your phone with pc companion
That should fix it
