did that still no use

What phone do you have? Search if there is a .ftf file with the version of the actualization. Then you can flash it by Flashtools

Firstly relock boitloader
After locking it, repair your phone with pc companion
That should fix it
hit the thanks button, don't say it.
it costs you nothing, but it is worth something for me.
Sent from my xperia e dual..

Will try it tommorow

Use unlockroot software(easiest way to root) and no need to have bl unlocked to root ur phone.
Don't forget to install the usb drivers properly.

Superuser and supersu
Both are apps that trigger root access by reading root binary in system
Also supersu is made by chainfire and it is best...

Stock recovery

Does someone know how to get into the stock recovery in Xperia Miro? Will it be the same method in all the Xperias? If so, how do you get into it?

Xperia devices don't have integrated recovery like Samsung. You've to sideload it or flash a kernel which has integrated recovery in it.
But to flash a kernel, you have to get acces to a custom recovery like CWM or not?

You can flash custom Rom, but not custom kernel (boot.img), so roms like fxp which need fxp kernel cannot be flashed.

Nope, as clearly stated in the topics of both of those ROMs:
Unlocked bootloader is a NEED!
Note: unlocking bootloader WILL void your warranty.
Good luck!
