So... Im geting a problem when i use a GB/CM7 ROM or the ICS one.
The problem is that the "rom" don't detects my SIM card.
The only CM7 rom that detected my SIM card was the G3ROM and his development stoped so i can't use the most part of the recent roms cause they are starting upgrading to CM7
If any of you guys can help me i will be realy appreciated.

I have a dual sim card, and I can't switch between the cards.
The STK aplication in Miui doesn't work, and in all my other froyo and CM7 roms always worked well.

The switching works only on official roms and with cm7 because they fixed something in their kernel to make the stk work for dual sim
To the question where to get it: I have a dual sim by magic sim maybe you should google that

Hi everyone. I been trying to find a ROM that works! The first one the radios didn't work now the second had SD card error the third is fine except themes will not apply! I really need my themes I cant even change the lock screen. It says they applied but no luck. Is there a ROM that fully works?

flashed MIUI today on my g2x , all i can say about it that its the ultimate rom , no need to search any where else,

did your sms stop working as soon as you flashed over the rom? or did it stop working a while after the fact? did you try isolating if its a rom problem by seeing if your sms works when your on a stock rom?
Hey I think it stopped straight away.its weird.I flashed the same Rom and kernel on my dads phone as I did on mine but yet his sms doesn't work and mine does?the only difference I have noticed is the base band numbers?

try going back to stock and reflashing? I don't know why the baseband numbers are different to be honest

Your baseband is also called your 'radio'. That's what you'll need to flash to change it, not the ROM itself.
I'd recommend the above user's steps (return to complete stock, try again). That should fix your issue completely

9/19:
i was using my p500 during the day. works. i switch it off for a few hours. then i switch it back on. it says cannot detect sim card. I tried many different roms same thing. I verified that i do have v20g baseband installed and I have reinstalled baseband too.
I swear it was working several hours ago... I tried everything i could think of(except kdz... don't want to go there)
this happened while i was on paranoid android. it was working just fine until today. I flashed cm7, miuigb, miuiv4, jb, cm9 all same result
Format and make a new ext3 and then try restoring.. maybe then it might work!!
Found another backup from before I was using s2e
Restored as much as I could
installed amonra
Hope it doesn't come again

I think it's a hardware problem because if you were on old bb it would recognize the sim card but wouldn't receive any signal

Check if other sim are working on phone. It might be possible that your sim is old and not working anymore. Just get a new sim.
Also dont forget to check the sim terminals on phone.
Hi, i was wondering (dont kill me for this question). I need/want/really want a rom that supports both hdmi aswell as the six axis bluetooth protocol and 3d if thats possible but not nessecary.
Tryed cm7. This rom doesnt support hdmi out:crying: it did support six axis but i dont like the rom very buggy
Thiaizo3d. This rom doesnt support six axis (as i read did not try the rom)
Now i want to try jellybam 4.1.0 dont now about hdmi out as well as the six axis if they work.
Is it so hard just to make a bluetooth protocol for six axis put it in a zippy and flash it over a stock rom.
Im really stuck on this one.

I have bricked my phone installing jellybam 4.1.0 yesterday... but thanx for the info anyway. The insurance company took my phone today. I did get a made in bangladesh by children phone replacement (its android) i hope they will get me a phone with stock rom haha i know i voided my warrenty but do they know could always try.. As soon as i get it back ill try soemthing else hopefully without bricking it

You can repair the bricks by yourself, hete are many tutorials in forum.
