[REQ] Zenonia 4 Offline - Android Apps and Games

MODS, FEEL FREE TO DELETE THIS THREAD IF IT VIOLATES CERTAIN RULES
I just wanted to know if there are coders/crackers who could modify the apk to make it work offline. I tried removing certain xmls by comparing the korean version with the english version but it still requires network connection.
Here are the links:

[Q] Translating .apk files

Is there a way to take a particular .apk file, pull out .xml language files, translate the words and put them all back in?
I think you'd need to decompile the APK then let it know the other language files are there (but I'm not 100% sure)
Max. (From my Galaxy 2)
Yep, there is
Decompile the apk
Open up the folder, and then find the file strings.xml - translate all strings in that file - recompile - n u r done
That's obviously assuming it was developed using standard development methods. It's possible that all the string values are hard-coded into the application, in which case you can't do it (easily).
.
Thread moved to Q&A due to it being a question. Would advise you to read forum rules and post in correct section.
Failure to comply with forum rules will result in an infraction and/or ban depending on severity of rule break.
The majority of developers don't code strings into code I could say in Android as the development environment warns you about them. So you can safely say that MOST of the strings that need to be translated are in strings.xml
Before Google Translate API was a paid service I was using a chrome plugin (not sure what it was called. and an eclipse plugin called androlate which creates the string.xml files for you.
But now you can't use any of them.

Help together translating apps

Hi everybody, I'm a developer and I'm having problems translating my app, I speak only italian and a bad english, but good enough to translate my app in a comprensible english...
I think lot of you have the same problem so, this is an " international " forum, so why can't we help together translating our apps ?
we could create a section near "Android Apps and Games" like Translations, create a thread for each app needs a translation and use http://www.getlocalization.com/ , it should be free using public workspaces, it works very well, reads the xml you upload, let users translate and then you can donwload the translated version of the xml, ready to put in the values_it folder of eclipse
what do you think ?
for example, this is the repository of my app http://www.getlocalization.com/sam/
using this open translation we could avoid things like this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1867245 ( people that want and can help you in a few minutes and don't know how to do) and have our app worldiwde distributed
I would like to help but my english is good but not good enough
sony xperia ray ics 4.0.4
stock rom unrooted
nobody is interested in helping together translating our apps in languages different than English?

Please note: English language only on this website. Foreign language is fine if a proper English translation is also provided.
Forum Rule 4. Use the English language.
We understand that with all the different nationalities, not everyone speaks English well, but please try. If you're really unable to post in English, use an online translator. You're free to include your original message in your own language, below the English translation. (This rule covers your posts, profile entries and signature).

If you can provide a better translation for the app above, please do so.
Well, that's the name of the app, that's how it's found in the Play store.
It means: Japan Sumou Union public app "Oozumou".
It's free, but you can't install it outside Japan, it just provides an interface to the Union's website at http://sumo.or.jp/ which is otherwise very inconvenient to navigate on the phone.
If anyone could install it and provide it, I'd be much obliged.

[Q] Language packs

Is it possible to pull Google translate's info off the web and CREATE an offline language pack? I'm an English teacher in Southeast Asia, so I need a translation app regularly. I already have downloaded the Japanese and Korean offline language packs, but I also want to create (since Google just WON'T make them) the Khmer and Filipino languages.
Is this at all possible? Thanks a lot guys (and gals!) for any help you can offer. I really use this website and the apps put on here often, and have the greatest respect for the people who take the time to do this

App posting it in various languages?

My app "Buddhist Astrology Free" is available and displayed in English. It has a library for Spanish, Russian and the two scripts of Chinese. The app will automatically send the monthly forecast in the language the phone uses (for the above languages). So that is not the problem. What I am curious about is do I post the app in Google Store 4 times, once for each language so those who don't understand English can see the app exists. How does one "advertise" the app's name in Google Store showing it supports various languages?
Thanks if anyone knows how to answer this.
