Is there step by step instructions to install cm9 on my Locked Electrify 2.3.5 from uscc. I am rooted and running Rocko Rom. I have found instructions for Photon 4G. will this work on my Electrify?

1. you still need a bootstrap read [HOW TO] Install/Use Droid 2/X/3 Bootstrap
2. for 2.2 froyo, only roms are cm7 and steel droid, both are good rom but only 2.3.7 gingerbread
no 4.2 jellybean roms, are some 4.0 ics roms but you will need to upgrade phone to 2.3.3 system version 4.5.608 first.
