I received a mms and was asked to send a receipt back, I hit yes and the message failed, now everytime I open messaging I get a text message not sent notification...any ideas how to fix it??

Resend the message

Or I think if you delete you're messages, it'll go away

That's the first thing I tried Rusty, I deleted the message that asked for the receipt notification after it failed and I've still not figured out how to make it go away.

I had this same issue, i googled it and it appears it's a known issue. The only fix i found was doing a factory reset.
Download Handcent...it will allow you to delete the unsent messages. I had the same problem and it drove me nuts...I now use Handcent as I like the features it has and its free

MMS picture message issue... "Send Failed"

If you can't send pictures in MMS try this...
Send your self a text with a picture attached... If your number is 2223334444, then place a 1 in front if it like this... 12223334444 and see if that will go through.
If the message goes through, try sending a picture to someone without using the "1" in front now and you should be good to go.
Another problem is if you have dashes or periods between the numbers. Like 555-555-5555 or 555.555.5555. Remove those and try it if the above suggestion doesn't work.

Or just do both and you should be good to go. Although I thought those problems were only on kb5 and possibly kc1

Text messaging issue

Ever since I started flashing these leaks my text messaging is messing up. When someone new sends me a text and I reply, its sent to the LAST person I sent a text to . What's odd is this problem goes away if I use a third party app like go SMS. Any ideas?

Why not try a ported ROM and see if you still have the problem? But maybe you can pull the texting apk of a different ROM and are it it does the same on the leak
Froggys go ribbet
I prefer running stock rooted.

The leaks are far from being bug free...no telling what has happened...test flash something else to see if it the rom or the mms. Apk ....I've never had that issue

Are you using gmail or another email app? Does it work if you delete them from the webpage?
As much info as possible would be helpful

There's gmail the service and gmail the app, you didn't specify
You might want to remove and re-add your Google account in settings. Have you been "dirty flashing" when moving between AOKP and CM10? Also, what version of gapps are you running?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
The app....No dirty flashes wipe wipe wipe...I'll try removing and resyncing. The newest Gapps

You might want to go into your gmail account settings and make sure that your IMAP settings are right as well. If Auto-Expunge is off it might do something similar

I have this same issue intermittently. I found d that if I deleted them b4 marking them as read (and sometimes even if I did mark them as read) then they would come back. I fix it by going into the Gmail app, selecting the search option, typing in "in:unread" (minus the quotes) and hit search. It will do its thing and come back with all the unread emails. From there, select them, mark them as read, and delete them again. Hopefully this will work for you as it has for me.

I would doublecheck and make sure that you don't have it sent to archive versus delete

BPS...thanks gonna try now..hopefully something good happens...it just sux cause the emails start to pile up...takes forever to delete..

No problem man. Glad ya got it sorted out. That exact problem had me racking my brain for a week or so. Happy I could keep you from torturing yourself over it for the next few days. Just be sure to remember that search phrase because, chances are, you'll need it again sometime.
