MMS picture message issue... "Send Failed" - Samsung Galaxy S (4G Model)

If you can't send pictures in MMS try this...
Send your self a text with a picture attached... If your number is 2223334444, then place a 1 in front if it like this... 12223334444 and see if that will go through.
If the message goes through, try sending a picture to someone without using the "1" in front now and you should be good to go.

Another problem is if you have dashes or periods between the numbers. Like 555-555-5555 or 555.555.5555. Remove those and try it if the above suggestion doesn't work.

Or just do both and you should be good to go. Although I thought those problems were only on kb5 and possibly kc1

Really? I know you know what you are doing, but did you clear the cache, dalvik, and fix permissions? I also went into manage apps and cleared all of my messaging data.

Also read any of the 15 threads on this subject. Search is a hell of a tool.

Lol yea bro ki3 will fix that problem just search a bit more so you don't get some jag off know it all to tell you "keep reading "... Trust me you'll know who's cool and who's a prick ,but it is your best bet good luck.

I have another solution then to the already stated ki3 modem that does fix it, this is what i was hoping for. Use go sms and in the settings change it to allow multi-page text. i just wanted to post in case someone else had the same problem and wanted a better solution.

There's gmail the service and gmail the app, you didn't specify
You might want to remove and re-add your Google account in settings. Have you been "dirty flashing" when moving between AOKP and CM10? Also, what version of gapps are you running?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium

You might want to go into your gmail account settings and make sure that your IMAP settings are right as well. If Auto-Expunge is off it might do something similar

I have this same issue intermittently. I found d that if I deleted them b4 marking them as read (and sometimes even if I did mark them as read) then they would come back. I fix it by going into the Gmail app, selecting the search option, typing in "in:unread" (minus the quotes) and hit search. It will do its thing and come back with all the unread emails. From there, select them, mark them as read, and delete them again. Hopefully this will work for you as it has for me.

I would doublecheck and make sure that you don't have it sent to archive versus delete

No problem man. Glad ya got it sorted out. That exact problem had me racking my brain for a week or so. Happy I could keep you from torturing yourself over it for the next few days. Just be sure to remember that search phrase because, chances are, you'll need it again sometime.
