Xperia Play Launcher gone. So I installed it from Google Play store( the same as the old one )

I'm using Android 2.3.4 stock rom rooted

Apart from my launcher disappearing.

Game is good, but there is no Xperia Play controls option - of course everything is optimized, but we must use accelerometer to not see controls, or for example Controls D to have working D-Pad, but with on-screen buttons . That's not full experience of that game...And in Gameloft opinion, Play is low device, cause graphics are totally different than that what you've seen on trailers/gameplays - but I think it can be "fixed/changed" in config files (didn't test it yet). But playing is not so bad, pity about those "problems".

I've try it mate . . .but if I use my modified config on data/configservice ,the game is always ask update .and then the game automaticlly update and use default configservice from that update .it's sucks !!

Got it. After a research of some files inside data i managed that we need to change build.prop a little, cause there is some block of that config files inside data/configservice.
My suggestion is:
system/build.prop (via Root Explorer for example)
change:
ro.semc.product.model= *from R800i to HTC One X or HTC Pyramid*
ro.product.model= *from R800i to HTC One X or HTC Pyramid*
And test graphics yourself. You can choose Nvidia plugin inside Chainfire 3D, don't know if this change anything.

Here is new APK of Google Play. Google just started rolling out an updated Google Play Store version 3.9.16 that follows the previous version 3.8.17 from August. Good news, everyone - we've already got our hands on the APK for you to install manually thanks to our loyal tipsters.
Installation is simple. Just download & install it.
What's New:
The most notable and immediately apparent new feature is the long overdue ability to remove apps you've previously downloaded from the All Apps list. If you like to try a lot of apps, that list is likely very cluttered. With the new Google Play, you can trim it to your heart's content.
Update #1: You can multi-select by long-pressing any app in the list and then tapping more apps, then delete them all in one go (added 2 new screenshots demonstrating it).
Update #2: The new Play Store now keeps track of your location in lists, including My Apps and All Apps, so when you click into an app and back, it drops you into the same spot. I had variable luck with this, and it didn't seem to work in All Apps at first, but I just reproduced it on both the EVO LTE and the Nexus 7. Brilliant.
Update #3: The notification icon that shows up when you have app updates has changed, and notifications are now expandable. I've added more screenshots showing the differences.
Update #4: The notification icon after installing an app now shows the app icon instead of something generic.

I think MJ can answer it, coz this is not happening to me or any user reported that except MJ.
edit: Tried everything to get Google Play like MJ but didn't get success.

why so..?? do one thing. Download solid explorer. Go to system/app Rename phonesky.apk to phonesky.apk1 & push/copy the latest one in system/app. give permission rights of -rw-r--r-- & reboot. I think this will work fine for u..:fingers-crossed:

Hey, OP, need some assistance. I replaced the gui folder with the original one but when I start the game, it starts downloading the data all over from 0%. Any solutions? I can't get into my game now at all. Tried restoring backups and everything, still not working.

If u had backup try to install the apk and replace the data with original one !! Or else If u dnt have the backup ....... I'll upload the original folder 4 ya !! So that u are able to get into game again

I think that wouldn't have a fifa 13 for Android, it is too late for wait it. If somebody could solve the problem of the transferences or at least update the squads it would be awesome

This is a gr8 mod i tried it in my xperia neo L but resolution was not correct also i cannot increase difficulty in settings ..plzz give a link of this mod for hdpi 854*480 mobile phones it would be gr8.

Go to xperia lounge settings and change language to english us. Game will appear. Works for me.
Nevertheless the game does't work properly on my device. Its crash when pressing jump button

u must open the link with chrome browser

well does it work only on stock rom? im on cm and i couldnt get notfication about ti even after changing language to us, or it simply expired??

some countries won't provide this offer... just do one last try by the solution of xda member diceroller that change Xperia lounge language to English us

downloaded it here in india..but as soon as i press the jump button, the game force closes..

guys who were able to download what phone do u have? c2105 or c2104? i have c2105 and i wasnt able to download, however i downloaded by changing my phone to c6603 which is first xperia z, im on cm beta 2 and right now i need to download about 582 mb of data files which im doing now

EDIT: ok guys i confirm that, after i changed my device name to C2104 i was able to download the game, So @op if u would be nice add this to first post, that u have to change device name to C2104 if ur on C2105 or u wont be able to downlad the game

first download Xperia lounge from playstore
Open Xperia lounge then u can find the post about amazing spiderman 2 game
there is a link for download open it in chrome browser
Then download the apk fioe from gameloft store
Install it from a filemanager
Open installed app Then download the data it download 582mb of data file then extract it to internal storage about 1.20 gb so
It require about 1.20 gb free space on internal storage
this offer not available for all countries and some models
guys one of xda member @uremytoy said that this offer not available on c2105 and he managed to install the game by simply change model number to c2104 if u want to download this game change the model number:good:

Yes you need root.Isn't easier to download the apk and data from another site ? I had this on my c2105 and it said that my phone is incompatible.Better download a version from another site.

hi i use v1.1.0 ad work very good but not fit with my display becuase i can not see jump button and any other button why?it happen on hd display phones i means my divis is z1copmact and s3 but it is work on g2 with full hd display.ok i need apk for hd display.tnx
