Meant to post my original in this thread but it's in General instead so I'll link to it from here...
Flashable ICS AOSP Keyboard
This is for ICS only
As more people move to ICS I'd like to bump this back to the top

I bought an Inspire yesterday and am totally new to Android. What I do know is that I would rather be without HTC Sense. Is there a ROM that's just pure Froyo (or Gingerbread)? Thanks.

Yes. For gingerbread take a look at CM7 in the dev section.

Thanks guys. Just briefly looking over CM7, it looks like it uses ADWLauncher. Any way I can just have the stock Gingerbread launcher?
You can download the Gingerbread launcher by Eugene373 from the Market or a gingerbread theme for ADW.
CM7 Inspire 4G
Check out the Desire HD Dev thread along with the Inspire Dev thread for more options.

Its a sound fix that you flash in recovery, recovery is a thing you flash roms, themes, fixes, and otherthings in just Google inspire mod I'm not sure if u need a special version for ics <version of android your flashed in virtuous quarto rc3. If you like ics and or virtuous then maybe flash synergies rom rc9 it has all the fixes you will need for HTC inspire.

InspireMod .5 -

Working DL link at the top of page 15
Inspiremod will fix sound issue on any DHD based ICS ROM used on an Inspire. I am running IceColdSandwich on Inspire and it works very well. I switched from Virtuous Quattro about a week ago and I am much happier. Also, stock camera works in IceColdSandwich!

You might be posting in the right section, but the number of new threads you have created is atrocious! You need to use the search feature, which is provided on the site. If not, post in the Help Thread (It is a sticky in this section).
Just look at the number of useless threads you have started:Threads Started By DLittle2012
After going through many of your threads, I also noticed that you haven't pressed the thanks button for any of the replies.
Please maintain the forum decorum.
I'm sorry for the off-topic, but I thought this was necessary to inform you regarding the same.
I was wondering if a dev or chef can do this, is it possible?

Bump
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using xda premium
No need to bump after 4 hours. Anything is possible if you properly motivate the right person(s).
Currently, most of the talents around here are focused on building a full working version of jb. Porting small elements over to ics is probably not going to be a priority for anyone...

Yeah sorry I just thought it was an easy question for a knowledgable dev.
I'm just asking because we're not gonna get a Jelly Bean sense Rom right? So if the v sync thing was ported to a Rom like elegancia 2.0.0 it would simply fly. Not knowledgeable but shpuldnt it just be that the dev looks at the source code and copies it over to the ICS Rom?
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using xda premium
I think that in order to get the vsync from Jelly Bean working properly on the Sensation we first have to wait for Qualcomm to release a software update to enable the triple vsync we would need, so not only are devs trying to port the complete Jelly Bean to the Sensation rather than small portions to ICS roms, but even Jelly Bean ROMs (one is already available for the Sensation) have to wait for Qualcomm to make the chips "triple vsync enabled" (kinda) via a software update.
I'm not entirely sure, I just read it somewhere, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh awesome, good to know and understand that. Even though its in alpha, the JB rom didn't feel THAT smooth
