Zagg InvisibleShield $9.99 at Best Buy - Samsung Galaxy Tab Plus

Just purchased the Zagg Invisible Shield at Best Buy for $9.99
I ordered it online since my local store doesn't carry it in stock.
I would post the link but I am not able to due to not contributing enough. Sorry!

Good deal.. may have to grab one of these, but the naked screen is oh so nice

Only for the screen protector, doesn't include the back protector, which is what i need.

I love it without the screen protector, but I know I will hate it when there is a scratch in it. I am picking the lesser of two evils!

I personally wouldn't waste my money on another zagg screen protector. They make a good product, just not worth $20-25 each. I have used their warranty and it's worth the $3 for the shipping for a replacement, no hassles getting a replacement either. But the hd claims to be more clear, no orange peel. I got one for my s3 and it had orange peel, even the replacement had the peel effect.
I went with the tech armor for $22.95 on amazon w/2 day shipping, I love my prime membership. You can't go wrong. It's crystal clear, no bubbles and hasn't scratched yet. I've had mine since verizon released the s4. Glass screen protectors are the way to go. Here's a link to the one I got. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CD0I8EK/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 There are a bunch of glass screen protectors out there, just search the forum. I haven't had any issues with fit with any case I've tried.
How hard are the glass ones to apply?
Zagg is horrible in my opinion. The texture is very artificial. I prefer a glass feel. I'd recommend a glass protector.

I have put on many film screen protectors and find them pretty easy, but I've done plenty of graphics on cars. Wet applications are much easier to work with and get right.
The glass protectors I find are even easier. The tech armor went on with no liquid if I remember right. It was very easy. It just takes patience. The one thing I really liked about the tech armor glass protectors was the little suction cup holder it came with. Made easy for getting the alignment just right. Just put some pressure in the middle of the screen and work your way out.
i was gonna buy a glass one, but i got the zagg instead simply because i was at bestbuy and had a gift card, it looks fine after a day or so it settles in so to say, and it seems to get more clearer as the days go bye, of course im used to the cheap one in the defender so anything would look better then that. But i agree with others and say get a glass one if you don't need it right at this moment.
Yeah, zagg are really draggy, put one on the back of you s4 and you will never drop it again
I hear good thinks about Skinomi screen protectors.

Not really. I dont see why everyone says this. Unless they apply an unnecessary amount of pressure when sliding their finger on the screen. I barely have to touch my screen on my s4 for it to register

[Q] Colorant USG Screen Protector

Saw this for sale at a local Cell phone shop but they were asking $40 for it, checks online don't show any better of a price.
My question is, Is this particular screen protector worth it over the $5-6 ones i can find online?

i think you are mistaken for a plastic screen protector vs tempered glass. Tempered glass protectors usually run around the price you see on amazon ( i have yet to find a reliable tempered glass protector for under $10 not talking about chinese knock-offs).
The one you posted from amazon is .4mm which is significantly thick and you will feel that you are touching an extra piece of glass. There are better ones out for a lower price (.15mm is the thinnest glass protector i know of from Spigen).

No confusion, I'm finding a lot of sub $10 Tempered glass screen protectors on ebay, there is even a thread dedicated to them from another website

Screen Protectors Recalled ??? According to Bestbuy

I walked into a Bestbuy yesterday to buy a screen protector for the note 4, there were none. When I asked girl in mobile said they were all recalled? Anyone hear this?
Would not surprise me. ZAGG ones didn't fit properly.
I have not heard of this. I was in a Best Buy yesterday, but I did not take the time to view their screen protectors there. I prefer to buy my protectors from Amazon.com as they are much cheaper and you receive a good amount depending on which you buy from Amazon.

When I purchased my Note 4 at Best Buy I also purchased the Zagg glass shield screen protector and paid to have them apply it (good thing). The fist one he thought some lint got into the edges as they would not stick no matter how he rubbed and rubbed. He then opened another package (of no cost to me as the first was "defective") and that too did the same thing. So, I just had them refund me my money for the screen protector and the service charge to apply it. But, here's the clincher, I went to a sprint store to see if maybe Best Buy just had a bad batch or something? Well, the sales rep there said they are not recommending them right now because they are not sticking around the edges. So, bottom line you're better off going amazon for now till they get a fix.
Ive used the zaggs from bestbuy since my s3 and had them on my s3,s4,n3,s5 and now my n4. Always used the clear hd plastic ones and decided to go with the same for the n4. Works and looks great. Maybe its just the glass ones.
its not amazon, its not best buy, its not the sprint store. its our Note 4's screen. its slightly curved so the edges on the tempered glass cant stick, they arnt bendable enough. theyre making a "bendable" tempered glass screen protector but thats going to come out a little bit later on, probably after more R&D. i have a ebay screen tempered glass protector and it also has the same issues. i used to work at best buy and its all the same stuff. i personally use the ebay one while not completely sticking to the edges, it does still provide some protection and with the screen on, you cant tell that its not sticking.

[Q] Picking a Screen Protector

Hey guys, I'm currently deciding between screen protectors
Zagg InvisibleShield Glass
Luvvitt Tempered Glass
Tech Armor Premium Ballistic Glass Protector
I can't post links yet so sorry about that!
I'm always open to suggestions but those 3 are the ones I've seen most recommended after reading a couple threads on screen protectors on other forums. Pick a poll option and explain why!
rocking with a 9H ZeroLemon Glass screen protector and installation took me like 2 minutes only and the Glass SP is just amaazing it is by far the best screen protector i have ever used on any phone, no smudges no glare no graphic distortions touch feels good smooth and well i just would give it a 10/10 .
Im in the same situation. I was looking into the zerolemon one and they do offer lifetime warranty but that only applies if you scratch the protector or get air bubles in it, not if it shatter when the phone falls, and they apparently send a new one.
However this one, with the shipping for me, costs about 25$, so i don't know. I found one from a brand called Ariza with good reviews for 9$ (free shipping), but i don't know if its good or not or if really they are just about all the same lol
The thing is I've heard really great things about the Tech Armor one and that's half the price of Zagg and ZeroLemon... I'm just not sure if I can justify the double price of the screen protector you guys are suggesting.
Personally always had Zagg Extreme screen covers.. not as thick as glass but crystal clear and the feel is perfect for me. Just my two cents. Can't go wrong with Zagg
Balistic glass
I've been using balistic glass since i bought my s5.. it's still good upto now
For me, since I used the phone for a long period of time before I put a screen protector on it, I just don't like the feel of anything but the glass screen protectors. Just my .02

Official Samsung Screen Protectors (Made in Korea by Samsung)

Received Official Samsung Screen Protectors (Made in Korea by Samsung); I personally don't see why I should be spending this much on PET film, when there are better ones costing cheap! These Samsung PET's costed me $20 dollars including shipping. I haven't opened the item because its going back to where it came from, lol. :good:
What are your thoughts?
Sorry, I dont get it. Why is it not worth it?
It's unnecessarily expensive. These screen protectors serve temporary protection. Then after all the grime accumulates, you take it off and toss in the trash. You might as well buy something more permanent such as a tempered glass screen protector.
Also, eBay sells dozens of PET film screen protectors, some which are of very decent quality. Xtreme_Guard is selling a 6-pack for only $2.49. Definitely worth it.

I see, got it. Here in our country it cost ~$13.
Why buy it in the first place if its too expensive?
Lol, the order was placed by accident and wasn't able to cancel prior to shipping. I don't know what Samsung is trying to get out of this; but not all your accessories have to be made by Samsung. Here's what I purchased along with the Note 4:
- Mini Wireless Charging Pad (Samsung)
- Otterbox Defender (Black) with Holster
- Zagg HDX and Glass (Note 4)
- A Dozen or So Screen Protector Pack from eBay (for Backup)
- Skinomi Techskin (Clear) for the Note 4
- Pouch
There were additional things I purchased, but later realized how unnecessary it was, and returned them.

How on earth you ordered them by mistake, haven't used them and you can say they does not worth it?
I've bought mine for $9 and I'm going to apply one of them tomorrow and will have real opinion.
And 2 other things - it is Samsungs accessory and it is normal to cost more. And TGP are having halos, so this is an option for protecting your screen.
Please change the threat topic - it is misleading.
I have one applied (the package comes with two) and I'm quite satisfied. Fit is good, smooth to touch, s-pen glides over it... I like it. Can't say about durability because I only have it for a week.
the real question is, does samsung official screen protector actually cover the whole screen with no halos? I'm curious to see if they actually made a screen protector that covered the whole screen knowingly making a curved screen.

Since these are plastic film screen protectors, of course it doesn't cover the entire glass. It's impossible with this type of protector. The only kind that can currently do that are the wet apply rubber style protectors.
