The Atrix 2 has (on average) higher benchmarks than the og Atrix. The TI OMAP4 is much more optimized, and especially because of overclocking, the benchmarks should be a lt higher. I'll post a screenshot later, I'm a little busy

Just to give you an idea, I'll put up the numbrs for a stock Atrix 2:
Quadrant Score: 1924
AnTuTu Benchmark v2.5.4: 4278
For some reason Screen Grabber isn't working atm..."unknown error aquiring image from device"
Just from looking at the rankings from AnTuTu, the top ranked A2 running the Supercharged ROM is hitting 1,375Mhz and scored @6,543.

Runnin ifaber06's BEAST ROM V4 Supercharged. @ 1325 mhz my chip has been getting broke in good ...good looking you guys are off the chain! !!

Just got my sensation, rooted, virtuous room, 2 words... My god !

I just wanted to share my feelings about this phone. I'm coming off am HTC hd2. I got this phone because it was cheap 220, and dual core, I knew by reviews that the phone wasn't super fast... But with ice virtuous 4.0... This baby is doing 3.400.... Isn't that on par with gs2?
I really couldn't be happier about the phone!

Same processor as the gs2 atleast the Tmobile gs2

Dont live by benchmarks. Smoothness and day to day use are what matters.
agreed. i used the last build of virtuous just to get my feet wet with ics and ended up going back to my trusty hypersensation 1.8 primarily because it's just downright silky
ICS is still under heavy development for the sensation so there are certainly still many improvements to be made to even the most popular roms out now.
Well the benchmark is impressive for a phone you can get for 230, in comparison of a gs2 that is worth 400 used. And the day to day use is supper smooth too.

Its because sense it not hogging resources - AOSP FTW!!! (My next phone will probably be the galaxy nexus's (or nexi or nexi's) replacement)

Highest benchmark score on nexus s..

What is the highest benchmark score Of the nexus s on antutu..
Mine goes to 3904..
But I've seen some devices on the antutu list which say 6000.
How can that be reached on the nexus s?

Pls specify which tweaks and Lil detail..
I am oc'ed at 1.46 ghz

Using gingerbread, where there are kernel that allow oc over 1.6 ghz. All overclocking, can not use the phone in that condition.
Can you suggest changes on ics.. ??
Some tweaks.. mods..

[Q] Very low quadrant score

I recently bought a Nexus S from someone. It runs okay though sometimes I feel a bit of lag.
Currently it's running AOKP milestone 4.1.2. I run the Quadrant Standard and got very low scores, both with stock and custom ROMs.

Is this a cause for concern? Moreover, can anybody guide me what's causing this?

Try to wipe everything and start fresh.
I started afresh when I bought it. Unlocked the bootloader and wiped the data and all. But I guess I'll try again.
Meanwhile, any other guesses?
IF you look at your benchmark and compare it with Nexus s then look at the Blue cpu and The red mem - then you find your nexus ok - I Think you have to move your apps to your sd Card - smile

Ok so moving the apps to SD card did give me a better score but the I/O and 2D scores are still relatively very low.

Quadrant Benchmark Tmobile OTA 4.1.1

Quadrant is just an app that benchmarks your phone. Or simply put runs a series of tests on your phone to determine how fast your phone can perform tasks. It tests GPU, CPU and how efficient your phones ram is along with other things. It will then provide a score for how well your device has performed the tasks. The higher the score the better.
i get also scores >6400 (stock), whereas my friends (stock) galaxy S3 gets only 5800. I kow benchmark scores does not really say anthing about everyday-use-performance but also in this area i prefer to use the One S and can say it is indeed more fluid than S3. we can say the One S is the best phone <4,5" ..
HTC did a well done job in releasing such a powerful phone which does not have sizes of tablets but a comfortable easy to handle 4.3" screen. I hope they release Sense 5 soon, and i am waiting for the successor of One S with same dimensions but higher pixel density and higher battery-capacity.
I'm on Twisted Kernel OC'd at 1.9GHz and I'm only getting a 4k score. When I was on ViperOneS, I had a 5.8k score or something. Not fair :x
when it comes to benchmarks, for me stock was always the one with most points. does not say anything about overall performance tough

The Best Sub-$200.00 Phone Is Not The Moto G. It's...

Let me tell you about a deal..
Right Now in the U.S.A. @ Wal-Mart you can purchase the Alcatel Fierce for $129.00
MediaTek 1.2 Ghz Quad-Core.. (One-Click Rootable took me 2 minutes)
4.5 inch display
5.0 mp Camera with Flash
4.2.2 Jellybean..
And best of all.. You get to make your 32Gb SD Card your *Primary Storage*.. just select the option in settings:

}
No messing with foldermount, stickmount or anything else.. Stick in your SD Card select it done...
Adjust your Developer Options, run Nova or Holo and this 1.2 Quad-Core is very fast
Not benchmarking.. Real World Fast. I took it into a T-Mo store to compare it to the LG-G2 to decide if I wanted to get the LG-G2 to match my G-Pad 8.3
or keep this deal.. I'm keeping this deal for sure. Forget Synthetic Benchmarks, side by side, negligible difference.. certainly not enough to warrant spending $500.00 more..
Will it get any development here? Maybe, Maybe Not. Time will tell.. At $129.00 vs $199.00 for the 16 Gb Moto G is this a better way to go?
For my money, Yes the Alcatel Fierce is a steal of a deal..
Nice deal, however the moto G has KitKat, of course it depends on each persons use but still. About the processors, mediatek processors are good for normal stuff but wud lag in games or any other stuff. There are other phns in this range as well but no doubt this deal is very good
