[Q] System sounds really low - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys,
I have an issue with the system sounds being really low. Not an overall audio problem, for video and gaming the sound is pretty good, but for things like the screen lock/unlock, keyboard typing etc it is very very low. I already checked the sounds parameters and they are all at the max.
does any one have the same problem or knows how to fix it?
Thanks!!

you could try this

Try this. It's a fix for the balance, but you can also pump up the volume....

[Q] Poor Sound Quality When Using Camcorder

Does anybody know if HTC has acknowledged the problem with poor sound quality when recording video on the Sensation? As in -- it's super loud and distorted even when recording in a relatively quiet environment? This has been the single most disappointing thing about this phone for me.
I have seen a couple of threads started about this but there is not much info out there that I've been able to dig up.
Does anybody have more information about the problem or know of anything that can be done to alleviate it? Even if there's a different video recording app someone can recommend, I'd be happy. (From what I've read it sounds like a software issue -- something with the default codec or volume level being borked. Hopefully it doesn't actually have anything to do with the mic itself.)

Audio Playback Issues

Hi guys! So, i have a problem with my Galaxy S6, specifically audio. Sometimes, when playing music or watching video while audio is playing through the speaker, the sound will get "choppy". That's the only way I can describe it. It's like the volume is constantly going up and down, and there's a bit of crackling as well. It seems to get triggered by a screenshot, a screen rotation, when changing the video quality, or when the phone gets hot when playing a graphics-heavy game. I know a factory reset would most definitely fix this, but I'm trying to find a workaround, since a factory reset is a really heavy process, because i have a lot of stuff on my phone. If someone experienced this issue, or knows a fix, please help!

Change of Screen, Drop of Sound Quality

Hi guys, recently I changed the screen of my Z3 but now im having sound issues, it doesnt sound as high quality as before and its like there is a scratch sound like when you listen a low quality song.. Can the new screen cause this and is there any fix ?

Awful audio distortion/clipping in loud environments.

Hey Guys!
I have a problem lately on my s6.
When i record videos in loud environments the audio gets really distorted and the video gets unusable.
Its really annoying since i like to record videos when i go to concerts etc.
Never had a problem with it until a few weeks ago.
Does it have something to do with nougat?
Here are some examples:

Do you know what causes this and is there any fix?
Maybe theres an audio mod which includes auto gain control or a limiter or something?
Thanks in advance!
Hi, I am having the exact same issue,
One day in a club my microphone was fine and the next absolutely unusable with horrible clipping!
Did you find a fix?
Calum
Same problem!
wow..what a grap phone i got...they are not able to put in a working limiter / loudness adjustment..

Question Sound automatically decreasing on max

Anyone else getting the same thing? It's not a problem but it's like lowering the volume for a sec in certain parts of the song. Is it like a feature to avoid destroying the speaker or something? Have 0 clue but curious. Not bothering me or anything as well.
P.S. speakers are so damn well clear and loud, 11/10
Sound like volume limiting is active. Find it in settings. In my Samsung Galaxy phone it's buried deep so look around.
Could also be a 3rd party apk doing it.
Anyone have a LG v30 that can compare the output in high gain vs the rog 5 ?
It does sound like some sort of speaker protection. Did you EQ the speakers with heavy lows/mids? You can also try to enable outdoor mode in sound settings.
Settings -> Sound & vibration -> AudioWizzard may have some options to offset the issue
