Please help - CDMA Wireless Broadband - USA users

Hi people,
I am really hoping some one can help me.
I am on Wednesday going to a part of the world where wireless internet is still very slow. However, I have found a service which offers Wireless Broadband speeds upto 3.1Mbps using CDMA technology. Link http://www.ptcl.com.pk/contentb.php?NID=199
Now being in the UK, I have no idea about CDMA technology or how it operates. I have at my disposal the following equipment. I just want to know if I will be able to get online using the equipment I have or will I need to buy their dongle priced at Rs 3,999
1. Dell D630 with built in Dell 5530 WWAN card (UMTS)
2. Huawei E160 usb dongle (unlcoked). Is this GSM only?
3. A sony vaio laptop from the US, which says 'Sprint Wireless Broadband ready' on it. I have not found a slot to insert a sim card into it.
Does anybody know if the CDMA Wireless Broadband will require a sim card? Please help me.

[Q] 4g upgrade

hello all
i have a 3g verizon xoom but im outside us.
here we have only gprs and and edge in 2g networks. no 3g yet (hehe but we have 2 wimax operators)
so i cannot use my sim card in my tablet, as i know it does not have the required hardware.
as i understand from forum posts, in 4g upgrade they will install a new mini-pci-e hardware and reinstall a new version of android.
may i buy that mini-pci-e card myself and install it? then can i use my 2g sim card on tablet for gprs or edge?
im in iran and cannot send xoom to motorola.
is there anyway to use sim card in tablet? with/without hardware upgrade

[Q] Verizon 3G Dongle

Can I use the LG VL600 Modem (4G LTE) from Verizon on the Transformer if I install the 3g Plugin?

My Transformer (TF101) tab is Wifi only.
In my country, there is no 3G wireless, only crappy 2G mobile internet (EDGE) and two WiMax (802.16e) operator which is provided through USB modem. For example Quanta WU216.
Is there any workaround solution so that I can use Wimax modem with my transformer ?

Can't connect to the internet via 3g UMTS/HSDPA - XYBOARD 8.2

I have DROID XYBOARD 8.2 MZ609-16 (from Verizon)
My tablet can't connect to the internet via UMTS (Utel carrier, Ukraine)
It finds network, but internet is unavailable. APN is right, my DROID RAZR works great with the same settings.
I have latest Android, so the tablet should work with GSM/UMTS.
Also I tried GSM 2G EDGE (kyivstar carrier) and tablet connects flawlessly
Could smb help me?
