[Q] Any Reason to Not Buy Samsung I9000?

I am looking to buy the Samsung i9000 and have a few questions.
1. I know that there have been problems with the GPS in the Samsung i9000. Have the GPS problems been resolved?
2. Can this phone be upgraded to Froyo (sorry if this is a noob question - I'm a Win6.5 user)?
3. Is there a phone coming out in the next couple of months that is worth waiting for?
4. Are there any other reasons to not buy this phone?

Hey i own iphnoe 4 n SE xperia arc and plan and giving both for torch and galaxy 2. do u think torch is gud sub fr iphne 4.considering the combo.

the Torch is good business phone but the Galaxy S2 has the best hardware and is probably the best phone to date I would make the trade

Should I wait until the Galaxy Nexus comes out or should I sell my G2x right now and use that money to buy a Samsung Galaxy S2? I also heard the Samsung Galaxy S2 HD recently came out in South Korea; however, I do not know when it is coming to the US. I just hope I can sell my G2x for at least $300.

[Q] Exchange old phone with newer model?

hello everybody!
i have a question..
firstly, you must know that i am owner of a Samsung Galaxy Note N7000. I bought it two months ago. now, Samsung has released the new Galaxy Note 2.. And here is my question, Can i exchange my Galaxy Note and some money for a Galaxy Note 2? I googled it and i didnt't found anything, but, on some galaxy note 2 reviews, i see some comments like "I cant wait note 2 go on market, so i exchange my galaxy note n7000 with it!
is that possible? thanks for all and really sorry for my bad english!

question : do you really need a note 2? what this new phone can do for you differently than the old?

Specs are slightly better but I wouldn't get the note 2 right away, unless it had way better specs.

The problem is that their English is worse than yours. "I cant wait note 2 go on market, so i exchange my galaxy note n7000 with it!" is actually "I cant wait note 2 go on market, so i can sell my galaxy note n7000 and buy the Note 2!"
As a former cellphone store owner, I can tell you that unless you were a very good customer (maybe you'd been upgrading phones with me for 10 years), I wouldn't exchange a phone with you. And if I did you wouldn't like how little I'd give you for yours, even if it's only 2 months old. It's used and I have to sell it as used, so it's not worth very much to me.
Selling it privately will get you a lot more money. (A dealer might give you US$50 for it, and I'd give you that much too. Of course a dealer might tell you he's giving you more for it, but then charge you full list price - or even more - for the Note 2.)

Help me pick a new phone. 4.3 and above

Hi guys. I had G2 for over a year now and I feel like I need something new. I don't want to go full on crazy and get note 2 or s3, because of the price.
Basically I want 4.3 screen or more. Good camera, flashlight(yes).
How does Note1 fares compared to note2 ?
The first device is still affordable or is it nowhere near note2 and I shouldnt even care ?
What about xperia s or samsung galaxy s2 ?

You could get the Nexus 4, its cheap plus instant updates.

It's not cheap. It is alost the same price as note2 or s3....

S2 or nexus / nexus 4.
Note is different from note 2 mostly in hardware, like quad core, 2 gig RAM and stuff.
They are giving all exclusive features of note 2 to note 1 in the premium suite (as they call it)

I replied before seeing your post.
And I was also talking about the Galaxy Nexus from Samsung.
S2 is good. Even it got some goodies from s3 in the JB update.
If ya prefer big screen get note.

I guess you dont like windows phone...Lumia 920 would be a good choice for camera
