[APP][2.1+] Text Encrypt - Android Apps and Games

Recently I published my first Android application on the marketplace. I kindly request your help in providing feedback for my application.
The application is meant to encrypt messages using the one time pad method. This is in reaction to increasing encroachment of several instances on our private messaging traffic.
I am available to answer questions and provide snippets of code.

secQ.me - new security tracking app for Android

Hi all
When emergency occur, most of mobile tracking application in the market require individual to take out their phone, and trigger a panic button to call for help, however, when facing emergency, we often found individual does not have the capacity to call for help, as user:
in panic mode
being force in unwanted situation
force to turn off their phone.
What is there is a service that will automatically trigger for help without any action from user? Even user force to turn off their phone?
secQ.me is a new way of protecting individual (especially for woman and children) by ofter them a "virtual" guardian angel that watch over them, should they being force in any unwanted situation, or in emergency, our service will automatically notify user's friend and family via email and SMS. User's friend and family could also track their latest location, voice message, picture (if user has register any picture, such as Taxi Driver, or someone she just meet) from our portal.
We like to invite XDA members to try out our app, go to Android Market, and search "secq.me", and download
Here's are the steps to activate and use our services
1) Register your account from the Android App or our Portal at secQ.me
2) An activation email will send to your email account, click the activation link
3) Once activated, login to our portal, and configure your emergency contacts, and your SNS (Facebook & Twitter) setting
4) Verify secQ.me Android app by key in your email and your register event pin
5) Start using the services
BTW, all new sign up account will have 10 sms credits, which is use for notification purpose..
Please note that at this Moment the SMS credit is only valid for Malaysia Mobile Number (btw, I am from Malaysia).. We are currently working with a international SMS GW provider to support SMS to most of countries
Appreciate your feedback and comments about our service
Thanks!
James Khoo

[Q] Help with email client APP Development (custom settings locked)

I am trying to get assistance in developing an Android E-mail application that is specific to one email server. I am in no way a programmer or developer of any sort. This application would be used to access personal email for military members. I know that this can be accomplished with most standard email clients already available on the market. My intent is to create an email client that has the correct server, port, and security settings locked so that the only customization that the user would have to input is "username" and "password".
My limited experience of application development consists of: downloading and installing "android sdk", "eclipse", and "adt pluggin". I have watched a few tutorials on app development. Then messed around on eclipse for a while. At this point I realized I am way out of my experience level and decided I need to ask for help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whatsapp is becoming really a privacy concern ..
Is any of you guys is using their other brands ; like instagram, FB Messenger. . Etc?
Are you blocking them from accessing private data?
Are you using any modded apps that they don't like?
I don't know but I think that they are trying to link everything they own together .. so if you block any of it in away that the info they get is not identical , they block you, and force you to supply the info they failed to collect from your devices ..

[APP] [5.0+] Notification Diary, intelligent notification manager

Hi, my first post so let me know if I break any rules etc I was told by long-term members of this community that posting here would be a great opportunity to gain insights and feedback on applications.
We are researchers from University of Oulu and collaborate world-wide with other researchers in Human Computer Interaction. We have developed an application to intelligently hide unimportant notifications called Notification Diary.
The application relies on user-labeled training data and verification of predictions and uses machine learning and semantic analysis to analyse your notifications. We collect anonymised data from the application for research purposes - namely to understand how users interact with their notifications, how they perceive notifications' importance and finally how accurately we can create intelligent methods to prevent user from being needlessly distracted by incoming notifications.
The application is available in PlayStore : Notification Diary by Aku Visuri
We already have some core users contribution to our studies but would appreciate any extra contributions and feedback on the application. The application uses some permissions (e.g. location using hashed geofences, accessibility service to log foreground applications) to understand the situations where notifications are received and if these impact whether certain content is found important or unimportant, and e.g. calls permission to detect incoming calls. The application also requires access to notifications to read incoming notifications and manage (cancel) existing notifications. The application can read notification contents, and this information is stored only locally on your device and never uploaded. The application uses the AWARE framework to log and sync data.
So if you think this aspect of smartphone use is interesting and helpful to users, and would like to both help us as researchers or simply see how our application could be of use to you personally, please feel free to download it, use it, and reply here or PM me if you have any questions regarding the application.
We also have some questions for anyone interested in this project, and again would of course appreciate any time spent using the application.
Do you use any notification management tools? If yes, which, and how efficient do you believe them to be? And if yes, are there any downsides to the methods you are using?
tl;dr: We created an application called Notification Diary to intelligently hide unimportant notifications and would like to receive feedback on the application.

Google Voice & 2FA Code Autofill - Discussing a Missing Feature

Hello XDA Developers community,
I'd like to discuss an issue with Google Voice that many of us might have experienced: the lack of support for automatically filling in two-factor authentication (2FA) codes using Android's Autofill Service.
As you may know, the Google Messaging app has a great feature that allows 2FA codes received via SMS to be automatically filled into the requesting website or application. This convenience saves users time and effort by eliminating the need to switch between apps and manually input codes. Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available for users who rely on Google Voice to receive their text messages.
I wanted to bring this issue to the attention of the XDA Developers community and gather thoughts, suggestions, and possible workarounds. I also encourage anyone who has experience with implementing Autofill Services in Android to share their insights or even a basic outline of how this feature could be added to a separate application that works in conjunction with Google Voice.
Thank you all for your time and valuable input!
