Hey, you guys really need necessarily help. I tried that and it superboot clockworkmod.
At first it did not work, wrote it waiting on the device. Then I downloaded the USB drivers on something ... And it was ... so I did exactly as instructed. And android green doll disappeared, appeared white, and the inscription ANDROID always disappear for a split second and will come back ... Immediately after it should appear ZTE logo but it's probably still around trying to boot. And I'm so in the dead point, I can not do anything for several hours I read various forums, especially MoDaCo but all it is. I FastBoot, according to the instructions exactly and nothing. It boots all the time :-( Please help. I just want firmware back! Does anyone know how to do it?
Hi. Have you tried pushing that little button inside near the camera. I bricked mine once and this brought it back to life. Good Luck. Andrew

Hi Friends,
I don't post here much, I just bought one of these tablets and got it to work perfect through some amazing instructions here. I'm not much of a smart guy when it comes to this really complicated coding etc. so I don't contribute much but I need a little help.
My table is stuck in the Viewsonic start up screen. I tried booting into clockwork and it says it will but then just reboots right back to viewsonic screen. (screen shot provided) I have zero clue on what to do and think it may be hosed.
Can you anyone help? Has anyone had this issue?
Thanks a million for your help.

Did you attempt any of the fixes that are posted in the forums?
Repartition?
Wipe chaches?
Reflash the rom you're using?
Try the repartion first
2048 for first option, then 0 for second.
I cant get into any function at all. Thats the only screen I see. When I press power volume + and it says its going to boot into clockworm but it jst flashes the screen and back to main screen. Its basically stuck there. : (

apologies, I missed that part
Sounds like a job for NVFlash...but I've never used that either
try use power and volume - to boot into apx mode, and nvflash it with ur computer?
Yup, sounds like you need to nvflash. There are posts here that guide you how to do this. Don't be intimidated. The whole process is actually very easy.
Thank you all for your assistance!
I'm going to give NFlash a try and report back.
I sincerely appreciate all the advice.
Again, thank you!
You guys ROCK! I was able to restore everything using NvFlash! I went into APX mode, restored the drivers, then used the .bat file and BAM! Then logged on to the wireless and downloaded the latest 3588 (I believe). I'm back up and operational!
This site is a Godsend! Time to make a donation!
Thank you so much guys! It was so easy with the step by step directions a caveman can do it.
Again, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your question has nothing to do with the original poster's question so you should start a new thread with a descriptive title.
It is not likely anyone will see your post here except accidentally. Also, search for "linux" and you will find a few threads covering it.
Yup NVFlash is the way to go. Saved me much frustration several times when I thought I just flushed $300 down the drain.
Hi all
Yesterday, I rooted my I5801 (on Orange network) using z4root. Everything went as expected and I used Titanium Backup to remove all of the horrible Orange game demos/bloatware etc. After doing this, everything was working fine and I used the phone for all of today without issue.
I became curious reading about the key-combo for recovery mode and (stupidly) thought I'd take a look. I forgot the exact key-combo, so I just turned the phone off and tried holding vol up + vol down + home + power. Now whenever I try to start the phone, I get a yellow exclamation mark in a white triangle with the Android below. If I push the home button while on this screen I get an open box with an arrow pointing out of it and what looks like a progress bar below that, but it just takes me right back to the exclamation mark screen.
I can get into Download Mode by taking the battery out, putting it back in and holding vol down + power, if this helps.
I've read that it should be possible to reflash, but I really want to try and avoid this if possible, as I don't see why my OS would have died without trying to reflash in the first place.
Is it possible to get back into the OS without reflashing? And if I do need to reflash, can anyone make any recommendations?
Thanks in advance for any answers!
Welcome to the forum
First of all, thats a weird story you got there I have no idea what happened to your phone to be honest. The fact that you can get into download mode is a good sign, it means your phone is not hardbricked (yet) .
I really don't know how I would get around this problem without reflashing, maybe someone else knows a possible solution? I think flashing a new Rom (Android OS) is the way to go. Do you know the buildnumber of your current Rom? You can search for your current Rom in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1063940. Download it and flash it with Odin via pc to your phone (while in download mode). That should fix it, its a pretty drastic method though.
Good luck
BTW: I'd prefer One-click-root as a method for rooting in the future, you need software on pc to do that. But thats my opinion.
Thanks for the reply! I'm not sure which build I was on.
I'm going to try and put on I5800XXJPU with Odin found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1497261
Hopefully because there is no bootloader this won't hardbrick my phone!

Sounds good
Good luck.
In fact, I've just read that if you're going from Eclair (I was definitely on Eclair) to Froyo (which I believe that ROM is) then you need to have a ROM with a bootloader for it to work.
Guess I'll try Kyrillos!

Well yeah, I guess you're right... I still really don't quite understand what's up with bootloaders.
never heard about "coming from eclair, bootloader ROM needed for froyo update"!
My original FW was also eclair and I never ever flashed a bootloader!
But try and see if you get a brick with flashing a bootloader! I wouldn´t dare doing that, but it´s up to you.
I would open another thread and ask specially that question. Why?
Then you get more opinions to make your choice.
Good luck and keep us informed about the progress.
Sorted, I ended up giving the phone to a friend who is more phone competent than myself!
Here's the solution:

First of all going into download , must hold home + vol down + power , that's first mistake. Nothing bad happened to your phone yet , go and reflash any froyo with or without bootloader i did it countless times when no one on this forum had a firmware without bootloader starting from old JPF , yes there is a risk but the reflashing is the only solution Good Luck

I dont want to take your hope...but if you have allready tried to:
Press button combo for bootloader, button combo for download mode...remove battery and nothing worked...no google logo at all
The PC didnt recognize the device ....same fastboot/adb...no charging sign..
So the display stays black...you have the same issue like me.
I have had same a few weeks ago..and some others too.
Only way out is send it to samsung for warranty-repair.

i have this phone as 2nd hand only, i went to samsung they say that they can't like use software because they don't know what model
i have, i already told them that it is a Korean model and blah blah, hopeless me.
I have a samsung galaxy 10.1 tablet.
I was trying to root it.
After I thought I was done rooting, and went to turn it on, the "samsung" startup screen just rolled from the top of the tablet to the bottom.
About 24 hours later, (now) I attempted to start the device back up to try again, and I couldnt. I am sure it has battery, the device simply wont turn on.
I am not tech savvy, I have no idea why this is.
Help? It's my mom's tablet and I dont have the money to replace it!

So first of all seeing that you have a samsung tab 10.1 I think you should go to the Samsung tab 10.1 threads and ask this question as there are more people who can advice you. Also you will find many guides on how to return to stock.
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
sometimes same prob

You don't have a post limit to post in the device's question and anwser section. The post limit blocks you from posting in devolpment threads.

BRICKED 7inch Irola Tablet...PLEASE HELP
I am in DIRE need of some help with my tablet. I received this irola dx752 tablet bricked and cannot fix it for the life of me. I am able to hold power and volume up and get into recovery system version 4.2.01. I Have tried a factory reset and a wipe system cache and the tablet just reboots to the green robot with and exclamation mark. If I press volume up, it brings me back to the system recovery. Now i am not very versed in ADB but I tried to sideload just about every firmware I could find for an a13 allwinner a8 cortex 7inch tablet, since the irola website has taken down its firmware. Also, fastboot will not work on this tablet whatsoever (it just says waiting for device) when i enter any command. I have never seen this tablet boot into a rom of any kind and therefore cannot tell if USB Debugging was ever enabled. I also Have tried different drivers but the one that seem to hold is the Android ADB Interface. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS OR SOME HELP? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
I've posted several weeks ago a thread detailing what I did to stop my HTC Desire HD from booting, however did not get any replies. The post can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/htc-dhd-rom-recovery-t2827521
To put it simply, I can get into bootloader however cannot boot into a ROM or recovery image. I've tried to factory reset and it seems like it does the job but when it reboots it hangs at the green HTC logo with white bakground screen. If I just let it boot it will also hang at the same screen. When I try to boot into recovery I am presented with a different screen which has a phone with a red triangle with a red exlamation mark and it also hangs there.
Any ideas on how I could resolve this issue?

wish you get help regarding issue soon. well, i can share is that; there are few threads/post in this forum and on other platforms regarding fixing soft/hard bricked phones. i did a little search and found few links. hope you get some idea. i'm not expert in anyway, just trying to help.
try youtube search for your phone.
youtube is blocked for my country, i'm not sure this video is for your specific device but as i mentioned about. it could help in some way(idea).
what i found from google search:
LINK: How to unbrick an HTC device and install the Stock ROM [HD]
next is:
LINK: [FIX] Fix "bricked" HD2\Leo; 1e FATAL HIT
Ok, so that's all i can share. try searching internet for more, whole thing is that you could be able to find solution somehow. well, at least this reply will help in continuing.... : p.
In case, you don't see any help. Don't give up, reply/comment after a day or what you think better to get others attention to your issue.
that's all.
Note: these links maybe not for your device, so do not attempt any tweak/repair instruction until you know what you are doing.
