[Q] D2G stuck at M on boot...... - Droid 2 Global General

Ok so i used rom manager to download cyanogenmod 7.1 and the G apps. I then used bootstrapper to boot into recovery. I wiped the cache and flashed the cyan 7.1 then the gapps. then rebooted, and poof all i get is the M...... GAHHH now i cant even get back to the clockwork recovery, all i can do is get to the factory one. I tried the wipe data/factory reset with no luck... PLEASE HELP!

Well just an Update.. Turns out i had to downgrade the firmware first.. then i reloaded the CM7 and gapps and it loaded right up!

[Q] Boot loop?

Well i have been using the cm7 nightlies with no problem. Today i decided to flash the RC1 since im sick of having to flash everyday. So i flashed the rom with rom manager and my phone was stuck in a boot loop.
So i had to do a battery pull and then restore the rom i had just backed up. After restoring i reboot the phone and am stuck in a boot loop again. I did another battery pull did a full data wipe, wiped cache and dalvik cache. And reinstalled the nightly 41 and am no longer in a boot loop.
So i tried to install RC1 again and everything was fine after flashing rom and gapps. i thought everything was fine so i rebooted into recovery to flash the 1.2.2 BFS Netarchy kernel. Before flashing i wiped cache, and dalvik cache. And of course now im stuck into a boot loop again. Has anyone else experienced this problem? i believe i am doing everything right. This is the first time i have ever experienced this problem.

try flashing the kernel without wiping the dalvik or cache.
personal, i dont use or recommend using rom manager, as it creates issues of its own. i download everything myself and flash in recovery without rom managers aid.
I'm trying that now. Thanks for the quick reply. I have even tried installing the rom without using rom manager and it still did the same thing to me. Hopefully this works.

[Q] Stuck in cyanogenmod boot loop

I installed cyanogenmod a few days ago and it was working fine. I installed a font changing app, and it needed to reboot to work. When it tried to reboot, it got stuck on the cyanogenmod boot screen. I booted to recovery and did a factory reset, wiped dalvin cache to no avail. I found a stock Rom for my phone, but Odin doesn't seem to see it when I go into downloading mode. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do next?
Just reflash CM.

[Q] Some ROMS aren't working for my phone

Well, I'm coming from the stock 4.4 XT3032. Flashed CWM Touch, followed the steps, which are "WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition and format system)", but nothing. I'm stuck at the (beautiful) Boot Animation.
I tried doing the same with TWRP, but I got no results.
Right now, I can easily sideload any ROM) with TWRP and flash it to survive, but the idea is to get C-Rom to work. Any ideas?
CM11 is also stuck on the Boot Animation, but MoKee IS working for me, but I don't want to stick with it for everyday use.
