Hey guys!! This is my first modding project or probably my first project of any sort in android development, as im only 15 yrs old So a review or a comment would be much appreciated This is a modded Blue HTC MusicLover skin for the ICS Sense 3.5 and 3.6. If u guys Like the Music Lover skin available at the HTC Hub, but want a little blue and brownie Gold touch to it (not some cheap graphic change cos i think graphic change will make it look kindda cheap and messy, which is not neat at all, this theme is already neat, this is it !!!
***I dont take any credit for the original Music Lover Skin because it is purely HTC's property, and i just mod this is for open source modding purposes, and all Credits go to HTC for making such a wonderful theme ***

WARNING **
this theme was tried on ARHD 6.0.2XE thx to Mike - ICS 3.12xxx build with Sense 3.5, on a normal Sensation, so probably (havent be tested) it will work on any similar rom with the same or previous ICS build.
Okay lets get going, Installation (as probably most of u already know )
1. Download the APK file (in the attachment) and put it in your SD Card
2. **If u already have the OFFICIAL MusicLover skin installed from HTC Hub, go to personalize, skin, go to Music Lover, press setting button on your phone and delete
3. Install it with an APK installer or go to a file manager, find the file and click it, it should navigate u to the installation
4. After done installing, go to personalize skin, and choose music lover (the screenshot will be the same as the old one but it doesn't matter it still works Enjoy !!

Since I now have a Thunderbolt, all skins and downloads will be in the thunderbolt forum.

I have a Dusk Skin that I made everything red on, the only problem is that unless you edit your framework images you are still going to have a lot of green.
There are over 500 images in the framework files that are green, changing skins will replace a lot of them but not all.
And even then, the biggest share of the apps out there are going to be green!
I think it is just about impossible to get rid of all of the green!

I just like the looks better than 4 bars, it's actually a 4 bar signal but I changed the images so that:
1 bar = 2 bars, 2 bars = 3, 3 = 4, and 4 = 5
I know it's pointless but what the heck.
Have tried them all with Super Z, they're great!
Loving the uber green, seeing as how I have already turned the majority of my status bar icons green! It fits right in!

LOL it seems like every time I post a screen cap somebody asks me for that.
I can post the images but not a flashable zip. The reason being that there are so many variables and tweaks within the framework files for different ROMs.
The images used are already in the framework (com.htc.resources.apk) I just used 7zip to extract the 5 bar images, renamed them and replaced the 4 bar images, then pushed then file back to the phone.
I am a Graphics Designer, not a programmer. I know just enough to be dangerous.

There is now a "Gears" and a "Dusk" skin with red framework throughout the skin (buttons, check boxes, hi-lites, etc...)

How to Install
1) Place zip on root of sd-card
2) Reboot into recovery
3) Wipe cache and dalvik cache
4) Flash zip
5) Reboot
6) Reboot your phone after it boots (Trust me!)
7) Do the cabbage patch or the Carleton, the one that suites you best

I had this issue too , my weather wallpaper force closed also . I deleted it through root explorer and then pushed it back via adb and now it works perfectly .

No. This is for MikG, framework is all together different. Sorry I should also statethat this will not workfor the latest MikG2.0. Seems as aamikam is baking them faster then I can cook themes. Gotta love that aamikam, he is a beast!!

I cant even remember. But the really funny part is almost the same day I released aamikam released MikGv2.0. So its back to the drawing board. By the way to anyone running MikG, please upadate to 2.0, if you dont you wont know what your missing!!

Awesome theme! I have a quick question tho, if I have your gingerbread full theme right now, can I just delete the skin portion, and then flash the new .zip for the honey? or will I need to first flash back to my normal rom's theme (insertcoin) and THEN flash the new honey themed zip?

For those of you that would like to prepare:
- Download HONEY HD skin from the market. In order to save a bit of server space and to make the download a little quicker, the FULL THEME will not come with HoneyHD skin included. In order to properly zipalign the APK is 30+ mb in filesize.
The theme will be launched later today if we dont run into any issues.

Maybe found a bug: if you write something, sometimes the keyboard icon in status bar still stays there. And if you pull down notification bar, its away. Only me?

Very very nice. When you know can do some changes like this:
1. Idk why but in my status bar the date is always shown after pull down notification.. (maybe it doenst work god with shnizlon theme?) And my clock is bugy sometimes maybe you can see this here:
2. The toggles pls in blue
3. Maybe the notification bar looking like shnizlons one with the blue highlight. This one here is only black
I would marry you if this is possible xD

Are you using AOSP or Stock Sense statusbar ? If it is Stock's one I'm sorry cuz I dont use it, so i cant test progresses... Anyway heres probably next update (I might change somethin) Download Alienware 1.1 beta tell me (& if you can post screens) if it looks better now, at least to fix statusbar annoying text.
PD: If you dont care send me an screen that shows how you think it should look like

Mate, your awesome. You solved the statusbar problem, you did the toggle color to this I wanted to have and the notoficatoon bar now looks better with the blue highlights ! Nice one best theme ive ever seen keep up, your great dev!

Ahm sense reboot after using a big website ^^ its a ram eater too but I still love it! Maybe a light release or something like this in the future. But I will still use it now, cause its sooo beautiful

Dont know why but if you apply the skin then reboot it seems to work well!
PD: I even hav sense reboots with no skin aplied (htc default) when visitin huge webs & playin hard so it might be an issue of htc's dialer

I started to make the skin for sensation sense 3.6 .
For 4.0, buying a htc one or flashing a custom rom is the best way

Nice theme! Love the design, but theres a slight problem with the 4x1 clock. it doesnt seem to have been skinned or is broken by the skin
Rom is insert coin 5.20 and also have the colour mod 12.1

Been busy so not had a chance to properly try it until now. Looks really nice, the new lock ring works well with it too.
A small thing I noticed is that the menus at the bottom of the app draw, personalize menu etc are not skinned. I don't really like the stock 'bubble' thing, could you perhaps change it so its like your Ice Green Sandwich skin? Here is an image to show what I mean:
