I can't extract the content of system.img or the boot.img from Wildfire S, it gives me an error, please test, could be a bad leak.

Hi OWNHERE, can we expect the ROM of Gingerbread with SENSE UI will be launched by you soon ? By the way, your 4.0.2 is awesome.

I thought Wildfire S comes with Sense 3.0 and gingerbread 2.4

I know this might be a dumb question but how to you even try extracting the file? I am just trying to learn so I might be able to help with the development area a little.

there is no such thing as Gingerbread 2.4 as yet
its not due til April sometime

thank you. but this Marvel(WildfireS) RUU is mdpi sense.
waiting DesireS ROM leak.

till april or may we will not see any leaked or oficial download for gingerbread with sense 3.0. wildfire s and whatever the other phone's name is, are low range - best mid range phones. wait to be a leak with gingerbread and sense 3.0 for incredible s desire s. dhd etc. stop hoping u'll get awesome **** from a wildfire s.
Same goes for the froyo from incredible s, is same as ace with only one button changed. We all want gingerbread with nice sense integration but is not yet available sorry for ruining your dreams for now

for a stable rom like HD n Z, users need to wait for Desire S dump.

Scaling pngs to HDPI isnt all that hard, but tbh isnt worth the effort i doubt many ppl would really use the rom compared to the AOSP/CM out there, just a lot of wasted space on sense roms.

Here is a better system dump of the wildfire s rom which someone confirmed in evolution 4g forum that this one is a real gingerbread dump! I downloaded this file and there are all the system folders included.. there aren't any image files! Can someone please try to port it? If knew how to do that I would do it myself...

Stock Gingerbread Rom?

Hey Gentlemen,
I've been looking all over to see if anyone has developed a completely stock Gingerbread Rom. I'm tired of sense and just want some fast & simple vanilla android. Does anyone know of a Rom for it or if its in development ?

http://www.cyanogenmod.com/ is going to be the best place to wait and watch.
Personally hoping for just a straight up AOSP build. To customize off of. Just have to wait and see.

nowhere. the sense 3.0 lockscreen relies upon sense. and right now, there aren't any "working" (read: daily driver-able) AOSP based builds working/released.

Seeking a good GB ROM

Hi,
I know this is an odd request, but I'd like to go back to a Gingerbread ROM, but it turns out GB ROMs are hard to find these days as people have moved on to ICS and JB. All the links I've found are dead. If any of you possess a good GB ROM, would you please share it with me? I like sense, so I prefer a sense ROM. I'd very much appreciate help here.

I have been seeking sense 3.0 GB ROM too, I got my hands on the latest ARHD GB ROM but the navigation bar has jagged edges and its a pain to find a fix with link that aren't dead. Does anyone have a GB ROM that has a smooth navigation bar?

[REQ] HTC Sense 5 skin

Dear sensation family,
I just followed the thread in the HOS and HOX themes and apps section and found the Sense 5 skin, with Sense 5 clock widget made by alper. He did awesome skins on our sensation too and now he did his magic on HOX with this sense 5 skin. It got ported now to One S too. Here is the link to the One S sense 5 skin:

12reza12 has started to port it but may be need some more experience as it is really hard to port it. I know that we have great themers and hope, that together it will able to port this stuff to our sensation

Latest we have is 4.1 on ICS 4.0.4 and even that is makeshift since the sensation never got official 4.0.4 framework.

Here is the base of the started skin from 12reza12, many many thanks to him. It's working flawless on HTc sensation. It needs some resize and widgets need the sense 5 pngs on the top. And some more things like dialer etc.

As sy said, we don't have jellybean yet, it must be ported from OneS jellybean to Sensation ICS Sense 4.1
