SuperVillain Shensation
The ROM is built for performance and speed. It's based on a leaked ICS RUU but I have stripped most of the Sense apps out and replaced them with the AOSP alternatives, including the Launcher and Rosie. I have left a few Sense app in, such as the HTC IME keyboard and Wifi-Tether, but nearly everything else is Sense-free. I'm the only one on the Villain Team with a Sensation, so I will try my very best to keep this up to date, bug free, etc.

Does choosing non-Facebook pictures when there's a Facebook Contact linked to the Android Contact work or does the Facebook picture always override any other choice you make?
Does automatic Contact Linking work by any chance?
Is it possible to answer calls directly from the Lock Screen, or do you have to unlock first before you can answer the call?

It uses the AOSP contacts manager and Phone app. I have a kitchen in the works for you to pick and cook an update.zip with the sense apps you want.
So this means theres autolinking by the ICS Contacts app, the lockscreen is also AOSP so yeah you can answer from lockscreen.

I know it requires a kernel that supports it (which is why I haven't stayed on ICS yet).
This isn't based on a T-Mobile RUU....so it wouldn't have the kernel. To be honest, you'll be waiting a long time because leaks don't occur until the development is finalised

I am outta here!!....the other Guy packing it with his own theme and named it 'science test' ..... so several packages with same old bug ... I am so frustrated with you people....you dont even know how this Bug feels like since you dont have it on yoooour Phone!!!

The first step would be a log of your error... as you have said yourself: we don't have the bug. So very sorry...
The browser is crashing everytime I try to access it. Any ideas?

So I got the browser working by re-flashing the ROM. But now the Messaging app does not work after restoring backed up SMS.
Can anybody try the new EBI1/32A fix?

I'm, sorry bro, I have been one of those complainers, but I have been doin to every RE_themed ROM, except your ROM has some tweaks and edits done by you, other guys are just Theming someone elses ROM, and basically called something else. Again I gotta say it, a theme is a personal choice, you might like a theme but joe blow and 60 others might not like that same theme. Goes the same for all these themed launhers goin around, kept it simple and post link to the theme on the side

Make sure you understand this is more like Alpha rather than Beta. All the graphics are just 240/320 streteched to fit our screens, and this won't be your daily without a lot of effort, but it's a crazy awesome start

I would imagine not. The Wildfire is a low-end phone, marketed to be an introductory low-budget Android phone for those who are new to the idea of a smartphone.

Hey, no rush. Anything you guys can do is fantastic. Soon as I got to setting up Sense I got the option to switch to English anyway. This ROM is amazingly fast--can't wait 'til it's up and running. I gotta get to bed for tonight, though, so I'll keep playing with this tomorrow.

Originally UD was created for the CDMA Desire so I tried to port over as much as I could to GSM using DeFrost as a base rom and bringing over the UI elements.
As far as I can tell everything is working how it should and I havent gotten any FCs yet. This is my very FIRST time at attempting anything like this so Im sure there's bugs and i know there are things I couldnt figure out. I am working on the notification bar issue. Hopefully I can get it fixed soon haha. And are you talking about the UD settings? if so which ones in particular did not work I will look into it.

which boot anim did you try? I did the stick fight and dancing banana and it worked fine for me.
Note: must have data enabled as it actually downloads it and installs it.

Great thread! I appreciate the Moms.APK and wallpaper. As for the widget, if you notice the "\" should be between the Hi/Low for the temperature but its misaligned. I found a modded version on XDA a couple weeks back that I've been using and its fit correctly for qHD. I don't, however, remember who gets credit.

Yeah, happy to help out but I'm 99% certain the clock I provided you with was not modded buy the original poster. It was in another thread and I found it on Google and the thread link to the OP for credit just to give you a heads up. Most certainly not the latest from the OP as this one I provided was modded off an early test build of the OP.

It is a really fast, smooth, clean, and light rom for our HTC Desire S.
It is based on my Sensation XL port, so it is Android 4.0.3, because i feel it much more
stable and smooth than leaked one.

It is great for every day use, always fast, there is no "cache traffic jam" which causes laggy behaviour after some time.
IMPORTANT:
-For first start every app will be slower, but it will be dalvik-cached and in the future it should be as fast as possible.

first view, Very nice. boots up within 2minutes. much more responsive than other official leaked rom. i must say i like this more than the others. i will be changing my sig and using this as my daily driver thanks again for a great rom.

Some of patch will not be applied by me. (like ultrasmooth hack) Only which is for optimisation. I think i will upload only Patches, and after some patch i make a "Service Pack" but chooseable thing will be not included.

Thanks for your great ROM! It's very smooth and fast.
Is a browser patch still planned? A fast browser cache would make this ROM perfect.
Edit: The missed stock apps would also be nice, especially htc facebook and twitter for friendstream.

One bad thing: it's impossible to select home time in clock app. So the world time too. I've tried to input cities some different ways, but nothing changed.
Is it possible to remove ALL HTC default apps, such as news, friend stream and other? It's so easy to install just only that you need.
WishList:
- Default HTC keyboard w/o arrows. Because, default keyboard uses a little bigger buttons than keyboard from this ROM.
BTW - Perfect ROM! No problems! Thank you a lot!
And another bad thing:
I can't find how to change Shortcuts on the lock screen. May be someone knows how?
