Desire S Revolutionary S-OFF unable to boot. - HTC Desire S

Hello everyone, Firstly the information on the device itself:
Running Revolutionary CWM v4.0.1.4
SAGA PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT - 6.98.1002
RADIO-3805.06.02.03_M
eMMC-boot
March 10 2011
It was originally on H3G UK firmware I believe.
Problem is that it don't load pass the 3 network splash screen. I can get into bootloader. I have tried to flash it with various roms using the recovery. It fails and returns error status (1). I have tried different SD cards also. I have tried to flash using RUU shipped ROMS. The phone is detected as it shows me version and I can update to a higher. I put it into fasboot but RUU doesn't reboot to bootloader and gets stuck on that bit. I cannot select factory reset either or use the function reboot to bootloader when in fastboot. Is my HBOOT corrupt?
Thanks
---------------
Update: Found a ROM which says cannot roll back HBOOT when tried to flash.

Ok after extensive searching I think the eMMC is dead!

[Q] HTC Desire S Bricked? Help.

I have a Desire S which I was trying to return to stock. To do this I flashed the HBoot and then ran the following RUU:
Code:
RUU_Saga_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.1_Radio_20.28b.30.0805U_38.03.02.11_M_release_177977_signed
This was successful. In the stock HTC ROM I downloaded all the updates all the way to the latest 2.3.5 with updated Sense.
It now no longer boots. Upon booting it gets stuck at the HTC logo (white background).
Recovery (CWM) is now gone. But I can boot into the bootloader. It is now S-ON.
Code:
SAGA PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-0.98.0002

eMMC-boot

Thank you in advance!
If you can get into HBoot, enter that and run the RUU again. Chances are the ROM partition got corrupted and a simple reflash will fix it.
After initial boot, reflash CWM since the RUU returns everything to stock.

Managed to sort all this out! I ended up using the new ICS RUU (as it has a higher version number).

Help needed, Sensation 4g stuck in hboot and can not connect to computer via fastboot

I was attempting to unroot the device, it was rooted, bootloader unlocked and s-on, had cwd recovery and was running on 4.0.3 hboot 1.27 and firmware was 3.32.66.53 (according to the ruu i was trying) it's locked to bell, cid is BM___001
i used this guide and it didn't work out very well in the end
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26541181
right now it's stuck in hboot, stating

I'm in fastboot
but not connecting with adb anymore, it was working before a failed installation of a RUU
RUU_PYRAMID_ICS_HTC_Europe_3.33.401.6_Radio_11.76A.3504.00U_11.24A.3504.31_M_release_266171_signed
and i when try to go to recover in hboot, it automatically restarts and goes back to hboot
I've tried extracting a RUU into zip and putting it in my sdcard, it'll read it, check it up and in the end it says wrong model id, error, power off
I just need to find the correct RUU for Bell Sensation 4g ICS firmware 3.32.666.53 or higher since I have S on right now
i went through a few threads to get s off but it didn't work with the controlbear s off method, it can just never detect the phone when executed
but when i type in fastboot devices i do get a serial number and it's connect.
obviously right now I'm getting nothing, just waiting for device.
Just want to get back to stock first, then s off and root afterwards again
Also I flashed the stock kernel hoping it would fix the wifi problem on a custom with the all in one tool, but after that i tried the RUU and this happened
Any comments will help, sorry for being a nub, I did try my best to go through all the forums before posting here
unlock your bootloader again
flash a recovery(suggest you 4ext because you are S-ON)
see here how http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631861 (step 2)
format all partitions except sdcard
enable smartflash from recovery
immediately flash the rom
for stock rom see here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1529941
then S-OFF with this guide

[Q] Stuck with installing custom rom

Hello,
I'm trying to root my HTC Sensation and install a custom ROM. I've read dozens of thread's and I followed them, as far as I can tell, how it supposed to.
Now I am at the point where I should install the new ROM from my SD card (phone is S-OFF using ControlBear.exe). But that isn't going so well. I can boot in hboot and select recovery, after that the phone reboots and nothing happens. When I regulary boot my phone it stay's in the HTC splash screen...
Is it possible that I removed everything on my phone and cannot recover anymore? And if so, how can I recover from my stupid mistake

[Q] HELP! Way in over my head... trying to flash recovery.

So I recently purchased the T-Mobile version of the HTC-Sensation... since then I've been trying to flash a custom JellyBean ROM onto my device. I've rooted and flashed custom roms on previous phones but the process for this one has been extremely confusing. I've been mainly following this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1864053 I have the bootloader unlocked and I think I have S-Off, now I'm trying to flash a recovery image with the KSG utility but gives me a bunch of error messages that say FILE NOT FOUND - FASTBOOT.LOG and ACCESS DENIED and FILE NOT FOUND - ABD.LOG. I'm sorry if this is in the forum somewhere, but I've been working on this for hours and I can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Additional Details: I'm running Android 2.3.4
When I boot into the bootloader it says

I unlocked the bootloader but got stuck trying to S-off. Everything was going fine until the part where I run the temp_root.bat because I cannot get HTC sync to recognize my phone no matter what I try. I was wondering if anyone had the original version that came on the SD card or if there is a way to gain S-off without using HTC sync? Or can I get Jellybean without gaining S-off? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm pretty new this and feeling way in over my head here.

You are already s-off ,if you want to flash custom Rom flash 3.33 universal firmware (be careful when flashing check the md5 sum) after that flash 4ext recovery and flash new rom
Edit here is link for 3.33 firmware. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1459767.
sent from HTC Sensation 4G
@EmporerD
first you don't need a htc sync..
second your phone is already success s-off..you can see that in your bootloader state..
now i think maybe you already forgot the step to remove temp root from your phone after success s-off process..you can do that by running temp_root_remove.bat from the guide that you follow above..
after you had remove temp root from your phone..then you can continued to flashing a 3.33 firmware.. to do that..
just download firmware file from here....then copied that PG58IMG.zip file to the root directory of your sd card (the root directory mean is don't place it that file in any folder..just place it in your sdcard) you can copied that file with card reader..after that just put in back your sd card to the phone...then boot into bootoader..and wait until bootloader check it that file then ask you to updating it...just confirm it yes with vol up button..then wait until finish and ask you to confirm reboot with press power button..
after that you can continued installing custom recovery..
just download custom recovery.img file from here and extracted that zip file then copied that recovery.img file to your adb/sdk folder (the same place as your adb.exe and fastboot.exe folder)..then you flashing it through FASTBOOT with fastboot command "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"..done..now your phone already had a custom recovery..that are can installing any custom rom...
hope this help..
THANKYOU guys. This helps a lot. I'm going to call it a night for a now, but I will try your advice tomorrow and post updates.
@JJeamy
So I tried to remove the temproot by running the temproot-remove batch file, it didn't do anything so I downloaded the PG58IMG.zip and updated it in the bootoader, now phone is stuck in a bootloop...?
Update: I tried to continue with flashing the custom recovery, but the dialog just gets stuck on "waiting for device" ...
Update 2: Installing the older drivers for fixed the problem of flashing the recovery so my recovery works but it's still stuck in bootloop. Unfortunately I will probablyrun out of time before I can get a custom ROM flashed, but thanks everyone for your help I will update my progress later.
Bootloader now reads:
-Firmware-3.33-

You are on the right path my friend you flashed 3.33 firmware so you hboot version is 1.27 that's way you experiance bootloop , because you have gb rom with ics hboot, so next step is to flash custom recovery!
To do that you need to have SDK files downloaded (Fastboot , adb files) and when you have that in the folder you got the files you copy your recovery img and that you open command window from there and you get your phone to fastboot (bootloader that fasboot) , that you write the command in the command window fasboot flash recovery recovery.img and you are done!
EDIT: here is guide how to find fastboot and Adb files you need http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1152148
and for flasing custom recovery follow this guide step 2 flashing recovery http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631861
after that flash rom
and when you flash your first rom do format everything except sd card before flashing, (and make sure the first rom you flash is not kitkat because you may experiance difficulties when flashing)
So I managed to get recovery going, and I flashed CM 11 with 4.4 with no issue. : D
