Let's make it based on ZSKK5 ROM and make a CWM package to flash it

U just have to decompile the apk, replace the xml's ,and then compile it again.

Yup UOT kitchen works I made one for LA4 nad there is android market app caled spare parts plus that can controll speed of animations

Really? I couldn't make windows animations work with UOT kitchen. I had to extract frameworks and replaced anim folders manually.

Always framwork, twframework and SystemUI. With no effect unfortunatelly. But since I know how to do it manually it's no longer a problem And it's much more fun if you do everything manually

Oh yes, I get errors every time "decompile-compile" is involved. The only way I managed to change window animations was to replace the original anim-folder from framework-res.apk with the tweaked one Surprisingly this method didn't work with ICS-transition effect.

Cool, I was thinking of something like this too.. It would be great if someone could make a simple theme kitchen that could add the files to the apk's and put it all in an xrec zip. Then we could just make "theme packs" that could be installed on any rom. And using different pieces (lockscreen, status bar,etc..)from different themes would be a lot easier for noobs (and 'advanced users' too!).
Cant say I follow u 100% but this sounds promising so when I get a chance im gonna look in to this and maybe give it a shot. Thanks for ur efforts on this.

Thanks for this, have used 6 of your icon sets to create 6 framework-res.apk on my sd card. Can now copy, paste and reboot to have any one I like.
I made all mine using root explorer to extract my framework-res.apk and inserted your images. Then zipped and renamed from .zip to .apk and then copied back into system/framework. Happy days

Bro makin your own theme would be diffucult unless your good and fast doing it on one of every each icon, colors, shades, transparancy etc etc..Inside your Theme
In my own experience just like on the last release of POSEIDON Version 2 , Its compose of for 4 diff themes.. but only edit and port Is all I did.and it takes alot of time.(and made the rom mess up) that why got to pull out and make a quick fix..
Usefull application
7zip is the most easy way
apk. manager is useful for optimizing
most of all u need if u want to make your own,,U must have a lot of time and skills..
Thankfull that we have good theme porter thats makin our life easy..

I have gone through all 24 pages of s2 thread of rotation. They have used two libs files of samsung note. There is similarity between note & s2. Also framework files need to be modified. If we want to implement it in our phone then definitely we have to first modify libs & then accordingly framework files.
Did someone already ask what the changes were they did to the files of galaxy note and in the framework?

I can't find them too -.- lol. Looks like i must download whole 2.3 system dump, which will take me a hour or two..
But why not take the apks from FeraLab? They will also work on stock 2.3 roms and you can edit with uot kitchen if you want + you'll get xperia s theme
And stock systemUI looks ugly, the one from FeraLab has 12 scrollable quick-panel toggles, brighness, swipe to clear, etc. Want them instead?
Will it slow down my phone? I will update the phone to 2.33 official when I get it,this week.Anyway, upload them if you can.

I do like it very much. But the thing is the roms I use doesn't have it when u choose the stock look theme provided by thrm, (sometimes their themeing is ugly and Vey colorful ! I prefer stock big and simple notification icons)
So a separate CRT zip would be a great help, I think I'm not the only one wishing for this

For the Gingerbread ROM's i always did em myself using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24370886#post24370886
But since ICS came its harder because if you only modify the framework.res.apk file you end up with CRT effect and straight after it the screen blinks and then goes off.
For ICS you also need to mod some other files but my android skills are like zero so im stuck too....

Doesn't work on CleaNote V5 .
Right after the boot splash, the screen goes black. Need to go into Recovery by force (3 button combo) and reflash the ROM...
-----
Why should we put it in the internal SD? I keep all my flashables on the external SD (Serioux 16GB class 6) and never had any troubles...
Some people also recommended using the internal to flash from rather than external, on the Motorola ATRIX.
Any particular reason why? Scientific explanation

So there will never be a working crt for 4.0.4 LR6?
Can't really understand why they changed so much in updates

So Sammy puts so much work in the frameworks for every (small, I'd say) update? CRT animation was flickering even on 4.0.3 (XXLQ3 - RocketROM) and 4.0.4 LRK and LR6. I know CRT is tricky on ICS in general or so devs say?
