Does anyone know of an app that will do this on Android phone. I'm looking for a simple app that will work the same way as this one for windows mobile:

as many of you know there's an app named switch to iphone that enables easily passing from Android to iOS; does exist anything that lets you do the opposite, i.e. from iOS to Android? thanks
