Is there a way to get a working port of the new Scrollable Youtube widget for our Roms? With all the perks like swipe away notifications, hardware acceleration, etc coming along I think it should be possible.

I remember back in the original Hero ROM days from G1 we had ported the HTC camera & HTC music player to stock builds with the HTC libraries. Is there a port of the Desire camera with touch-focus & face recognition for CM & stock builds for Nexus? Also the music player. I love Sense, but I need bluetooth which doesn't work right for me in MoDaCo's Desire ROM, plus I want highmem back.
Any ideas? Anyone tried it?
+1 I don't care much for sense ui but would love to have some of the apps. Particularly the camera.
Hello everybody, I'm having problems with animations and camera which are as follows
I'm currently using Android Revolution 3.6.13 (Sense 3.0 gingerbread 2.3.5) and I have been experiencing problems with animations and camera.
The camera problem is that after I shoot videos, I am not able to play them, a msg comes up "Sorry, this video cannot be played". When I look into the details of the video, a specific file size is there but the length of the video is 00:00. Also earlier I was using ICS ROMs and the camcorder problem was there, as well as whenever I clicked a picture with flash, I could not view it in the gallery.
The animation problem is specifically in the weather app, that it doesn't show the animations when I go into the app, but in the home screen widget, the animations are there as well as in the weather lockscreen. This problem I've experienced with both Gingerbread and ICS ROMs.
Please help me, please !!
Okay, I've had this problems for quite some time now.
Whenever I use ANY ICS ROM, the camera doesn't show the pics which were clicked using flash and the videos have length 00:00...
Also, in the weather app, there are no animations coming just in the app...
Even in GB ROMs, the videos have length 00:00...
PLEASE help me I really don't know what to do !!??!!
So I've basically abandoned my gal.tab8.9 once I got my N5, it just is so much nicer for almost everything.
However, the N5 youtube app is really killing me
this thing has a 1080p resolution, but when you want to scroll through videos it only shows 2 per screen? what is this, an old nokia brick?
so, is there a way to change the stock youtube app to be tablet style, i.e. with more videos in grid layout
I'm running on stock rom, rooted and have xposed/gravbox if that helps

Has anyone come across any app with a functionality similar to Sony's Timeshift or Asus' Time Rewind ?
Seems like a good feature to have, so that few images before and after shutter press are stored and the best one can be chosen.
I saw an app called Slider Cam, with similar functionality, but reviews not that good.
Any others ?
