[Q] Is the battery life on my Android smartphone average or completely messed up?

I own a LAVA IRIS 455 - rooted, stock ROM with a 1500 mAh battery. So I charged the battery to 100% played teenage mutant ninja turtles for around 10 mins, stick cricket for around 7 minutes i guess and used Facebook messenger to chat with a friend for around 25 minutes.I had 2g enabled all the time.
I found the battery reduced to 50% in just 5 hours screen on time probably isnt more than an hour and I didnt make any calls nor received any.So is this battery life average or my battery has some serious problems.I am not really sure what the average battery life should be??
The amount of apps installed that constantly sync data will definetely drain it quickly. The screen brightness is also another big factor. IMHO, 5 hours of usage like that and it only went down to 50% isn't bad at all.
Well,I had the brightness level set at the lowest actually.

New to tablets | Is my battery normal?

This is my first time owning a tablet so I don't know how battery life works here.
At 29% from 100%, I have 17h 29m, SOT 3h 14m, wifi 17h 29m, fallout shelter 40m, YouTube 22m, and some minutes on fb, etc.
Does my battery life ok or not? Thanks guys
Btw I'm on 6.0.1 v1.4 rooted, stock rom and kernel.
Seems a little low sot the tablet is generally going to get 5 or 6 sot hours
It depends on screen brightness! WiFi also takes more than it shows in the stats!
In the beginning, the battery drains a lil faster. But after some recharge cycles it last longer and even recharges faster.

My screen brightness is like 25-30% only everytime. Power plan is Max. Yeah the battery charges faster now, i get like 1500mA-3100mA, most of the time is 3100mA using LG G4 charger. In recharge cycle, do I need it to charge it to 100 then down to 0%? Thanks
Yeah, max performance takes most juice. Really no need for it until a heavy game lags, which so far never happened. I played Godfire with high rendering and it's smooth.
I usually recharge to 100% when the battery is at 5% or below. I've battery saver turn on automatically at 5% so I know when to recharge. At 2 to 1% the Shield makes an auto shutdown. Some say, it's not so healthy for the battery to drain it 0% every time. I dunno.
Okay, just found out that my Shield takes about ~5% per day when being idle. Hence, you'd get 20 days standby. Airplane mode on, WiFi off, processor mode: optimized!

Galaxy S7 Edge battery usage

Hello to everyone,
I recently got given a Samsung Galaxy S7E. The devices battery was had it, so I got it replaced and it works fine now, but I do have a few questions about battery life and usage.
1. How long does it normally take to drain 1% on the battery? For me it drains 1% every 2-3 minutes. This is browsing Facebook/Instagram, watching YouTube or similar stuff, with average temperatures . The usage seems to be worse playing games.
2. What is usage like on idle, with always on display? That seems a bit too quick too me. listening to music for an hour on idle with these settings uses 6% on my device. Is that normal?
3. I tried to drain my phones battery, just to charge it from empty to full and see if that would help the battery life. When it got to 1% it stayed on for an hour and a half, playing games, watching videos and playing around with my phones settings. Any explanations?
Thanks for the help,
Regards
Daniel

xiaomi.eu 12.2.3 battery drain and laggy animations?

I'm on miui.eu 12.2.3 and I'm noticing laggier animations and insane battery drain (I'm roughly getting 5 to 6 hours of screen on time under moderate usage like watching tiktok, browsing the net, youtube, twitch, an hour or two of genshin impact).
According to my battery usage stats as of posting this, I have so far consumed 2721 mAh with a screen on time of 4 hours and 42 minutes and standby time of 9 hours and 19 minutes. Battery life right now is at 30%. The device I'm using is a K30 Pro Zoom with an advertised battery of 4700 mAh.
Is this normal or is it the rom draining my battery and making the device laggier or is it the battery itself?
Can anyone tell me what's the best rom to use with this device?

Have you looked at the automatic start of apps and as well as background permissions?

Help needed : Too Much Battery Draining And Heating

So I recently bought a note 20 ultra exynos version , the battery is draining too quickly and the phone gets very warm even on normal tasks like browsing, youtube ( lets not even get too camera and gaming usage), there are no third party apps and no of apps itself is very low, also I use it on 30 % brightness most of the time.
What is the problem ? What should I do ?
It's always like that for the first week until it learns your usage patterns. I was about to return it when I first got it but I waited as everyone told me. Now I have one hour screen on time for every 10% of battery life so theoretically I can have almost 10 hours SOT. For standby drain It's like 0.5% per hour with wifi on.
Don't forget to disable the apps you don't need. Uninstalling bloatware with the ADB helps as well.
My N20U is exynos too
