These things never actually get released..
Look at rouui, etc..
So many amazing videos of launchers that never come to fruition.
Wow, that's a seriously tricked out launcher. Are there any similar launchers that have actually been released (something different than the usual suspects ADW, LauncherPro, GoLauncher).

That looks badass. As far as battery life, I haven't had much battery luck with good battery life anyway. Wish they had a trial version to check out.

My thoughts... exclusively.
This launcher is a lot of eye candy, probably too much for me.....
SPB shell 3D is nice, it's not over the top like this one....though it does cost too much...and no it's not that bad on battery.

Yeah I posted about that early in the thread.
Those launchers never end up going anywhere.
Cool concepts, but if they aren't possible what's the sense
Still think spb 3d shell is the best launcher I have tried ......after that adw launcher.
And spb has not been bad at all on my battery <<<<<

Are tired of waiting for samsung to update us all to honeycomb haha! If so check out the spb 3d launcher it is great, very smooth screen transitions like honeycomb or touchwiz, it has an option that lets you turn all your panels into a spining circular tray with a true 3d look and feel. I would suggest you take a look at the many youtube videos that are out there. Also there is a experimental option included that creates true 3d on your device, require those 3d glasses to experience it. And yes it cost $15 but worth it!

It is certainly good for eye candy and feels very smooth. But after using it for a day or so, you get bored with all the glitter and it slows down the tab within a few hours of use. It does also reduce the battery life a bit.
I hear you, hey I have a launcher for all occasions its a good departure from the norm.

Its different with the crack version(tried before i buy), the main problem when i using the cracked version with my froyo&ginger dxjpc it can not using the back button then we must to 'retype' the pass word to lainched again.

Agreed -- the birthday widget was quite cool, but not enough to part with my beloved Go Launcher
It's very cool and very fast. But there are a few things I would like to see changed:
- I can't change the size of the widgets. For instance, I can't put the Sense Analogue Clock in the middle of the screen
- I can't put a widget or quick link on more pages, just on one
- I can't put bookmarks directly on a screen, just through the bookmark widget.
- you can add only 3 different locations to the globe/world time widget
Or maybe I haven't found out yet how to do that?
I bought SPB for my Photon and recently installed it on my Sprint Tab and really like it on there!! I like it much better than ADW Launcher.
love it - thank 4 upload

sorry....noob!
Hello,
We are making another update for Honeycomb Launcher. As many of you may know, it suddenly disappeared from the Android Market. But you can thanks Google for that... Anyways, we are going to upload it again because Google didnt like ICS not HCL.
In version V1.7.0.0 the launcher became alot smoother and a whole lot less FC's occured since we rebuilt the launcher. But now we want to make another update and we want to add more features/add ons. Now we are making a standard version and a PLUS version. I know some of you may not like this, but dont worry! HCL standard will remain the same and nothing will be taken out. HCL Plus (+) will have more to it such as add ons. But we are not sure what you all want!
We are wondering what "you" want in it! Such as pre installed apps, more wallpapers, and tweaks...
What do you want us to add? If you want your wallpaper to be in the launcher, just post it here and we will include it with your name so it shows as yours
Thanks,
Team Syndicate

Can't wait for the plus version. When I think of a decent suggestion I'll post it. Thanks

Love the most recent version....
Most important thing is working "running apps"
After that:
Smoother home screen previews (I don't like the white)
Different transitions (I used go launcher for a long time because the the cube).
Love something different and unique like spb shell or Regina launcher.
I'm used to opening apps drawer on the bottom of the screen....its hard to reach my thumb to the top
Pinch previews
Unique Widgets?
Any good dark 3d wallpapers.
Ability to pin an app to running apps.
If I think of anything else ill let you know.
Great work....cheers!

To each their own.. I've gotten nothing but compliments up until this point about the homescreen. YES I am showing the overall customization of the home launcher. I can access everything with out a single swipe. And to me, Text-icons are very minimalistic. its not disorganized... A clock widget, weather widget, Last call widget, and my favorite apps and tabs all on one page. Plus you have several other pages that you can customize yourself. Simple but if you're "challenged" or freshly off of dot-matrix then I bet you would go insane

I agree, why get an Android phone, only to make it look like an iPhone. What a shame
I dont see how any of them besides joyos are trying to be IOS? Because the default themes use grey gradients?

My guess is that people who use these roms like IOS, but because of their carriers limited phone selection, or their economic status, cannot afford to buy a crapple device, therefore get a cheaper android phone and do their best to make it look like IOS, but yeah, to each their own.

Don't forget the iphone looking icons and a lot of them don't have app drawers.

It's using the kernel from 7.2 but a lot of the libs/ect are from Cyclonic.
