I usually use a simple patter to unlock, so it's easy for everyday use, but if my phone is stolen anyone could find the combination via brute force.
I would like to set a method so after, say 5 intents, it requires a long password / other thing.
i haven't found it on the operating system itself, even on Android 4.0.3, so anyone could help?

I doubt there's a way. Unless you use a lockscreen app plus a main password. Or use face unlock in ice to have it unlocked by face or use password if face unlock fails. Good luck.

Looked all over xda and the web only to find results from 2012 and earlier!
Bump?
Sorry what? Emergency calling on pattern lock is stock. You want to remove it?
Yes I want to remove it. I mean that if my only option is to download a 3rd party lockscreen I want it to look like the above image as much as possible (obviously without the emergency call button)
I'm not aware of any 3rd party apps that replace pattern lock

i've used this app to enter my number, so that some apps work: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/themes-apps/app-sim-changer-change-registered-sim-t2106490
it will need the xposed framework
this is another alternative but i've never tested it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gnufabio.simeditor
Using PrivateSpace
Like most other android phones, the Honor 9 has the ability to add user and guest accounts to your device. It also has a cool feature called PrivateSpace. This is an account that can only be accessed by your fingerprint, from the lock screen. All of the files and data saved on this account cannot be access by any of the other accounts.

You can use your fingerprint or password to quickly access PrivateSpace from the lockscreen. Your PrivateSpace fingerprint can't be identical to those you use to log in to MainSpace.
You can create only one private space on your phone and it's a great way to store secure info privately.
Can you also put apps in this?

Hi,
I work in an organisation that uses G Suite, so naturally I have logged into my email and Google Drive on my phone. How ever due to the way accounts work on android my phone has been attached to my account. This allows my organisation to access my phones locations as well as ring it and even erase it.
I'm not sure the best place to ask this type of question so i'm asking here on XDA. Are there any hidden ways to be able to use my account on my phone without my phone being attached to the account?
Looking for conventional and ROOT/xposed methods but would prefer conventional as im not currently ROOTed. (How ever I can do so if it will allow me to block this from happening)

This can't be done?
After recently rooting my phone i've noticed S-Health showing that it can not be run while the phone is rooted. So after a quick google check i've found out that i need to change build.prop, and so i did.
The app runs nice when the user opens it. But here is the Problem the app starts itself every couple of seconds and makes the phone unusable. The only way to use it (what i could came of) is just disabling the app completly but i've been using S-Health previously and would like to continiue to do so.
Here's the screen that pops up
